Newly Renovated 4 Bedroom House near hiking and lots of restaurants

Great location in a residential neighborhood, just mins from hiking, shopping, dining! Fully renovated home with all new furnishings in a quiet setting.

The entire house will be yours, including the fenced in backyard and patio area. There is a spacious open concept living space, 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Kitchen is equipped with essentials & coffee. 2 car garage parking, office space, WiFi and smart TVs. The house has everything you need from bedding to towels to pots and pans/dishes, patio furniture and much more. You will love unwinding and kicking your feet up.

For sleeping arrangements there are 4 rooms in the house plus available sleeping in the living room.
- Primary suite with a queen bed and attached full bathroom.
- 2nd bedroom with a queen bed.
- 3rd bedroom with bunk beds, one full and one twin.
- 4th bedroom with a full bed and a daybed.
- There are two couches plus there is a self-blow up queen mattress available.

There are 2 full bathrooms that are fully stocked with towels, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, blow dryer and toilet paper. The kitchen is fully stocked with a coffee maker, pots and pans, dishes, utensils and much more. The laundry room is also available for use.

Great house in the northern suburbs

Great house. As advertised. Way on the outskirts of Phoenix, but an easy drive to plenty of shopping, food, and sports. Very nice neighborhood.

Quiet and comfy

Very nice property in a quiet and calm suburban neighborhood. Close to Lake Pleasant, which is a beautiful park with lots of saguaro cactus. Conveniently located within a few minutes of stores and restaurants. Nice paths in the neighborhood for morning and evening walks. Green area next to property was great for dogs. Closed in space in back of house was also a plus.

Host is awesome. Responded immediately to questions/concerns. Cleanliness could have been an issue but host didn't know situation and will rectify immediately. The sheets on the primary bed were luxurious! All appliances worked well. We enjoyed our stay immensely! Recommend highly!

Perfect!

The house was clean and fresh. Beautiful bedding and comfortable furnishings throughout. Convenient location to shopping ,less than 10 minutes away. We found a wonderful park 5 minutes from the house to take our children . It had play areas for all ages plus a splash pad. Perfect house for what we needed! Also, this house was the perfect place not too far from the lake. Bring your jet skis/boat. So much fun!

1. Very nice house! 2. There is no king-size bed. 3. You do not get phone signals in the house or even around it for at least 5 mins "driving" radius. 4. Rest all is very nice in this house.
