Private North Scottsdale retreat near Kierland featuring a gated heated pool, 4-hole putting green, and a dedicated 400 sq ft climate-controlled gym for both cardio and strength training. The fully fenced backyard includes a fire table, grill, and comfortable seating for relaxed indoor-outdoor living under the Arizona sun.

Inside, you’ll find two spacious living areas and a fully stocked kitchen designed for families, golf groups, and extended stays. Sleeps 10 comfortably with a thoughtful bedroom layout and clear expectations for every space.

Minutes from Kierland Commons, Scottsdale Quarter, top golf courses, dining, and Mayo Clinic.

Pool heat is available upon request for $75 per day and applies to the full stay.

We are a hands-on, single-property host family. Owners live nearby and are available for pre-booking questions and accessible if needed during your stay.

Additional Notes:
The home is located near a neighborhood through street. Traffic is generally light and quiet at night. White noise machines are provided in each bedroom so guests can personalize their sleep environment.

Best stay we’ve had in Arizona, the house is beautiful and accommodated the large group with ease. The house was very well stocked, taken care of and clean. Having the pool and outdoor space with yard games made the trip that much better.

We were impressed with the responsiveness of the host during our stay, and the vibe that our enjoyable stay was important to him as a host. We had the best time spending SB here. The house has everything you need! I loved the peace of mind of the safety fence around the pool because my 2-yr old was swimming obsessed! My husband LOVED the putting green. The house was so clean and the beds were nice and comfortable. The best part was how easy it was to communicate with the owner - most responsive owner I’ve dealt with. He was a huge help! We would stay here again for sure.

We had a great stay at this home. The neighborhood felt very safe. The property was very clean. Traveling with a 4 year old and 2 year old, I always worry about the amount of decor in a property and things the kids might break, but this home was tastefully decorated and felt warm and comfortable but not cluttered or packed with breakables. The house had a great backyard and our kids loved the putting area. It was a huge bonus to have the pool gated so we could enjoy the yard without worrying about the kids going into the pool. The best part of this experience was that the host was really communicative and accommodating. We used this property as a recovery space for me after a cervical spinal surgery and the host even went and got a recliner for me to use since I couldn’t sleep laying down. That was really unexpected and extremely helpful. Thanks for a great stay!

Great family home

We stayed for 1 week and it was a perfect setup. The bedrooms are in one “wing” and the main living in another “wing”. Made it perfect for the early risers and late sleepers. Could make coffee and visit without disturbing others. Plenty of privacy. Really enjoyed the patio and loved the pool. Location is great for groceries and any shopping you need. Close to Rockies spring training stadium. Found nice pickleball courts (10of them) with lots of players at Horizon Park. Just a great place to stay and the owners are the nicest people. Our granddaughter had left a couple of special rings there, which their crew found and they went out of their way to return to her. It was close to everything we wanted and needed. Would definitely stay again. Appreciate them sharing their home with us.

We really enjoyed our stay with our family. The amenities at the home are fantastic with the heated pool and turf area to play mini golf or just run around. There’s a huge, beautiful park wit sports fields and playgrounds right across the street within easy walking distance. Our kids ages 2, 4, and 7 were never bored! The layout of the interior is perfect for families as the living areas are on the opposite side of the home as the bedrooms, so early risers won’t bother those still sleeping. The hosts provided excellent information on the area and clear instructions for check out, check in, and how to get in touch. We definitely recommend this property for families looking for easy access to entertainment and fun!

We had a great stay at this beautiful home. Little family reunion with the California family and the Arizona family. All the bedrooms were large and two living rooms was so helpful. Kitchen was great size. The owners were super responsive to anything that I needed highly recommend and the location was great close to everything that we needed. The house was clean and well set up. The location was central and it was easy to navigate to downtown Scottsdale or Phoenix. The immediate area felt safe and secure. As older adults we (my sister and I) enjoyed the pool, however it was a bit of challenge to get into and out of as there were no handrails and the pool steps were steep. We also wished there were safety bars in the 2 bathtubs for added security.

Healing Space

We stayed here while my wife was getting treatment at the Mayo Clinic, and it ended up being the perfect place for us. We're from Maricopa and wanted to avoid the long drive—this spot made everything so much easier. The house was clean, spacious, and really easy to get comfortable in right away.The hosts were great—super responsive and flexible. They offered early check-in and let us extend our stay last minute, which was a huge help.Having the big backyard for the 4th of July was awesome—plenty of space to relax heal and enjoy the day.
