Quiet and newly remodeled condo, located in the heart of Old Town Scottsdale, just a 300 yard walk to night life, bars, shops and restaurants. The condo is across the street from Scottsdale Art School in the art district of Old Town Scottsdale!

1400 Sq Ft, 2 living-rooms (1 in each floor), community pool and hot-tub, 1 car garage, private entry with self check in / check out.

Private patio with an outdoor kitchen, 2 burner stove, 4 burner grill, fridge/freezer, smoker, Murphy Bar, Solo Smokeless fire pit, Bluetooth speaker/lights. Drop down the Murphy Bar and create your own happy hour!

A freshly remodeled kitchen with stainless steel appliances. The master bathroom has a newly tiled walk-in shower with 2 shower heads. The guest bathroom features a deep soaking tub for relaxing at the end of the day.

Chill in the 2nd living-room / family room loft, play the shuffleboard & board games while listening to your music on the Bluetooth speaker/lights, watch Roku TV and a few local live TV channels in front of a 60" screen TV.

If sporting events is your thing, you are only a 2 block walk to the San Francisco Giants spring training ball park. If the Giants aren't your favorite team, Catch all of the Cactus League action as 16 MLB teams can make their way into the schedule.

When it is time to end the day, you can sleep on memory foam mattresses in the condo to float your night away. A king size bed in the spacious master bedroom, and two single beds in the guest room that can easily placed together as a queen size bed. This condo can also be fitted into a 3rd bedroom with the sleeper sofa bed in the 2nd living-room. There is an additional fold out queen size bed in the 1st living-room, and a futon bed to accommodate up to 9 guest, and a pet :-)

Upbeat cosmopolitan stay

Location to Old Town, local coffee shops is walkable! The property has spacious rooms, outdoor terraces: great kitchen! The hosts are very attentive to you, especially making sure to check on our ease of accessing the property as well as any other question.

Convenient location

We spent just one night here on our way back to the airport from northern areas of the state. It was close to a lot of dining options as well as just a quick drive to the airport.

Lovely condo

This condo was easy to find and close to old town Scottsdale, very tastefully decorated. The bed in the master bedroom is very very comfortable. We had everything we needed!

Great location

This is our second stay at this property. Very comfortable home and close to Scottsdale activities. Loved the shuffleboard! Clean space and well stocked. Great outdoor seating area for 2-4 people. Would stay here again.

Stayed with 2 other friends - all women and we felt very safe. The condo had a lot of room to spread out - 2 living areas. The kitchen was nicely stocked with spices, oils, coffee and tea. Communication with the owner was excellent - very helpful - easy check-in.

Old Town Stay

Location of condo was great! Very close to all we wanted to do. Either by walking, car or Waymo!Pool was great. We were the only ones there every time we hung by the pool. 7 out of 8 days. Many great restaurants close by as well as an Albertsons and Walgreens. Only disappointment was the condo , especially the outdoor area could use a little TLC. All serviceable though. Condo was very clean.

Bike Riding the Arizona Canal

We loved the location of this gem of a condo. In Old Town Scottsdale conveniently located off the main drag on a quiet cul-de-sac with plenty of parking. The condo was clean, comfortable and artfully appointed. Check in was private and painless. Only blocks from the Arizona Canal and it's beautiful passage through Scottsdale. The hosts were attentive and informative. We would stay here again for sure! Thank you for your hospitality and a fabulous experience.

Rafi and Tali’s home was everything you could ever hope for in a “home away from home”. This location is absolutely unmatched. The property is meticulously maintained and clearly designed with love. College Family Spring Break

We had a super-short overnight stay here, but it had a very convenient location for our first night of our spring break with our twin college freshmen. We walked to a restaurant for dinner and get up early to go hike Camelback the next morning! The condo was clean and ready a little early for us and the hosts texted to let us know we could check in early if we wanted, which was super-sweet of him!!

Quiet condo very close to old town Scottsdale

The cute two story condo was very close to old town Scottsdale, and yet it was very quiet. The square footage was smaller than the photos seemed to show. The second floor had two bedrooms, the two full baths and the loft/play area with a hide-a-bed. The bottom floor had a half bath, a small kitchen and the combined living room and dining area (only 4 chairs at the dining table). It was too hot to use patio, but it looked okay. The tree is kind of close to the barbeque. The garage is very small and I had to push the mirrors on my Nisson Sentra in order to pull in. Additional parking was sometimes available, sometimes we had to park on the street. As it was 115 degrees F, parking outside was not always ideal. The air conditioning worked great and the wifi was excellent. The kitchen is very well stocked. The swimming pool area was lovely. The owners were responsive and flexible. The beds were comfortable. I recommend this unit for families or small groups.
