Welcome to Parkwood Retreat, a beautifully designed 2,400 sq. ft. modern-rustic escape tucked within one of Scottsdale’s most desirable neighborhoods near Kierland Commons and Scottsdale Quarter. Warm textures, elevated finishes, and thoughtfully curated spaces set the tone for effortless relaxation—ideal for families, friends, golf trips, or a sun-soaked getaway in the heart of North Scottsdale.



Inside, the open-concept living space invites connection with a bright great room that flows seamlessly into the dining area and fully equipped chef’s kitchen. A dedicated wine bar makes entertaining easy, while plush furnishings and natural tones create a sense of calm and comfort. The primary suite offers a king bed and spa-inspired en-suite bath designed for privacy and rejuvenation, joined by three additional bedrooms—two with king beds and one with a queen—plus a queen sofa sleeper to comfortably host your group.



Step outdoors and discover your private backyard oasis—a resort-style setting framed with desert landscape and anchored by a sparkling pool, relaxing hot tub, and the soothing sound of a waterfall feature. Multiple lounge and dining areas line the terraced patio, perfect for slow mornings in the sun or golden-hour cocktails under the desert sky. The covered patio extends the experience with a large outdoor TV and pool table for easy entertainment, day or night.

Other Things to Note:

Pool & Spa Heating: The pool is heated for free using a heat pump, but it may be less effective when overnight temperatures drop below 50°F. For guaranteed consistent heat during colder months, propane is available for $100/night with 48-hour notice. For spa-only, the fee is $50/night .



Guests will be required to sign a pool use and safety waiver prior to check-in.



We have a ZERO TOLERANCE Party Policy. The City of Scottsdale takes noise disturbances very seriously and can result in fines & the removal of this listing from the various platforms.



Property is equipped with a Ring doorbell as well as front facing security cameras at each corner of the home and back yard acces used to monitor real occupancy and for emergency purposes only.



Properties also includes a Minut noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. It does NOT record actual sounds or conversations, it simply monitors the noise level (measured in decibels).



Pet Policy: Dogs are not typically permitted at this property, but please feel free to inquire if you would like to request an exception. If an exception is granted or a pet is found to have been present during your stay, a non-refundable $175 pet fee will be charged to cover the cost of additional cleaning required after any stay that includes a pet.



Unauthorized late check-outs will result in a $75 rescheduling fee charged by our housekeeping company. Please coordinate any changes with us in advance to avoid this fee.
