The neighborhood is known for its spacious homes, thoughtful design, and peaceful surroundings. Many properties feature open layouts, private outdoor spaces, and desert landscaping that blends naturally with the environment, making it a great place to unwind and enjoy the Arizona weather.
While the area feels tucked away, it’s still close to everything you might need. Popular golf courses like TPC Scottsdale and Grayhawk are just minutes away, along with shopping and dining at Kierland Commons and Scottsdale Quarter. You’ll also find plenty of options for entertainment, including Old Town Scottsdale and the Scottsdale Waterfront.
If you enjoy the outdoors, you’ll be close to the McDowell Sonoran Preserve, where you can explore miles of hiking and biking trails.

If you're planning to visit Old Town Scottsdale or attractions in the heart of the city, you’ll find that driving is the most convenient option.
Rideshare: Uber and Lyft are readily available in the area, providing a hassle-free way to get around if you prefer not to drive. Whether you're heading to a restaurant, shopping center, or the golf course, rideshare services can pick you up in minutes.
Biking: Scottsdale is a bike-friendly city, and the Hideaway North Scottsdale area is perfect for outdoor exploration. To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.
Important note: The information is collected for screening and verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes.
Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:
• You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
• You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
• You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and the condition of the booking.
• You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal.
While we do not anticipate the need, in the event of repeated violations, we may have to involve local law enforcement to ensure adherence to our policies. If it becomes necessary to remove a guest, any associated expenses will be the responsibility of the guest. We appreciate your cooperation in respecting our community and our efforts to be a considerate neighbor.
Damage Waiver / Security Deposit
You will be asked to choose either a $35 non-refundable damage waiver or a $350 security deposit hold (not a charge and released after checkout if everything is in good shape). Accidents happen. This just helps keep things easy for everyone.
For units that permit pets: Pets ARE allowed depending on size or if they are service animals. To avoid having your reservation cancelled, please inform us in advance and be honest about bringing a pet. An additional cleaning fee is required PER pets:
1-7 Nights: additional $25/night
8-29 Nights: additional $200
30+ Nights: additional $300
We do not have a weight limit, however, there are breed restrictions: Alaskan Mala Mute, Belgian Malinois, Boxer, Show Chow, Dalmatian, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherds, Husky Breeds, Pit Bull Breeds, Presa Canario's, Rottweiler, Staffordshire Terrier, Wolf Hybrid
There is a 2 pet maximum and only cats/dogs are allowed. If you are found to have brought pets without prior notification, there will be a $500 fee.
We have noise monitors installed in our units (it does NOT record sounds or conversations), it just measures the noise levels in decibels. If tampered with, there will be a fee.
