Modern Retreat Minutes from Shopping Dining & Golf

Located in the heart of Scottsdale, my brand new home has been completely renovated with a modern vibe and is less than a 5-minute drive to Scottsdale Quarter & Kierland common shops and restaurants. My house is in the best location Scottsdale has to offer!

The home features 4 bedrooms and 2 baths with a heated pool (pool heat is available November through the end of May at no additional cost), a built-in gas bbq, a large patio, and plenty of entertaining space. My house is perfect for large groups.

My home is fully furnished and has everything you will need to have an amazing stay (linens, towels, cooking items, etc) Guests have full use of the outdoor pool area, multiple sitting, lounge, and dining areas. Brand new modern renovation and design!

KITCHEN: My kitchen features all-new stainless steel appliances and a kitchen island with pub seating. There is a coffee maker, blender, toaster oven, stove, and oven for you to use. It is fully stocked with dishes (formal and plastic), pots and pans, cups, coffee mugs, flatware, wine glasses, cocktail glasses, and champagne glasses.

LIVING & DINING ROOM: I wanted to create a space where everyone would want to gather, whether it is at the spacious dining table or the cozy seating around the 60" TV for watching sports, TV, or movies.

1 complimentary air mattress is available upon request.

PATIO & POOL: The backyard features a large outdoor dining table that can seat up to 10. 4 chaise lounge chairs. A built-in bbq.

**Pool is heated from November through the end of May to around 85 degrees at no additional cost to you! (If the outside temperature falls below 60 degrees we cannot guarantee the pool will hold its 85-degree temperature)**

LAUNDRY: Featuring a new Samsung washer and dryer. Detergent Pods. Ironing board.
