Picture our 3rd story rooftop patio mountain views with the sun setting in the late Winter of infamous Old Town Scottsdale. Tourists & Locals walk the streets below and look up with envy! Best shopping, juice bars, and nightlife a short walk! PARTIES AND EVENTS NOT ALLOWED

Modern 3 Story Home located above a great breakfast/coffee/lunch/brunch restaurant. This is the only residence around, everything else is a bar, restaurant, shopping, etc. There could not be a more walkable or convenient location in Old Town Scottsdale! 4 different outdoor patios with one on the rooftop. This space will always impress!

Full Garage and Home Access

The entry is keyless and there is no requirement to meet us at the door, but if you would like us there we can be there!

Old Town Scottsdale is the best and only scene in Arizona. The exact location of the residence is exactly where all of the locals and tourists shop, dine, and play!

You can walk to anything, but if you want to bring a car there is a 2 car private garage included.

The property and location couldn't have been better! The inside was nothing short of amazing with the best equipped kitchen and 3rd level grill area. The 3rd floor was spectacular for gilling, lounging and sunsets! Will definately be back again.

The place is great, but the surrounding amenities make this place even better. Breakfast and coffee on the ground floor, restaurants within 100' and a cool bar in the adjacent lot. Great spot!

Perfect Old Town location
This property is amazing, with modern/industrial architectural elements throughout. The views are fantastic, from both the main living level as well as the upper deck level. It’s perfectly located within walking distance of the entire Old Town area. The entire process and stay was frictionless. We’ll definitely stay here again.

Lovely week with family
The house was spacious; the front deck/balcony was absolutely lovely. The kitchen was well-equipped (for the many cooks in our family). The upstairs level was lovely but we didn’t use it very much because it was a bit chilly, especially when it was windy. It was also rather noisy up there on Friday/Saturday nights because of extra traffic on the roads and people in the area enjoying themselves. But the noise generally was no problem for us at all. Walking in the neighborhood was great. We felt very comfortable and there were shops, restaurants, bars, grocery stores, and even a shopping mall nearby.

Great Location
Walking distance to everywhere you want to go is great! Roof top was a great hang out place to enjoy dinner. There is road noise but ok for trade off of location. Place was clean and just as described.

Loved it!
Great location! Walking distance to shops, bars, restaurants. Fabulous condo! Stocked better than any other we've used. Bonus marketplace below is one of a kind! Of note, this is a busy neighborhood so light sleepers should have white noise machine/app. Would stay again and hope to!!!!
