Check out is 11:00 AM or earlier. We must get in there as quickly as possible to avoid delaying our next guest's check-in. This includes the parking space.
If you check out before 11:00 AM, it would be wonderful if you could let us know. Our cleaning fees are based on a courteous guest.
We kindly ask that you please leave our property in a reasonable condition.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Very close to the Mayo Clinic. My daughter had multiple appointments in two days and it was nice to come back to a home that was comfortable and clean. The sun deck with the grill made it so we didn’t have to eat out at night.
