This is a great home! The home was extremely clean, very comfortable and very welcoming! The backyard was fantastic! We used the pool and jacuzzi multiple times, there were plenty of lounge chairs, as well as a fire pit, outdoor TV and dining table. Super comfortable beds and bedding, plenty of bath and beach towels, a well stocked kitchen and many little extras! The communication with the host was easy and responsive. This would be a great home to rent for a family with children! We truly enjoyed our time and cannot recommend the home more!

There were four of us and we all loved this amazing house!! It’s well stocked with everything you could possibly need, it’s clean, comfortable, accommodating and close to a lot of great restaurants, shopping and fun. The host was very attentive and helpful when I had a few questions and he responded quickly. We will stay here again next time we visit Arizona except next time, we’ll bring more people with us because there’s so much space to enjoy!!! Also, the pool and hot tub, fire pit and grill made it extra fun, so bring your favorite pillows and head on over!!!

Great Weekend

We were in Scottsdale with our three adult children and their spouses for a wedding. The house had plenty of bedrooms and common areas for everyone to gather. The kitchen was well stocked and the pool area was relaxing. The house was centrally located for all of our weekend activities. I would definitely recommend this property for couples or families.

This Villa is Awesome!!

So much space! Beautiful pool and yard! Kitchen is stocked with so much! This home had ample space for our family of 5…we want to return with friends and there would still be plenty of space. Easy access, thorough instructions on how everything works; outdoor sound system, indoor sound system, smart tvs everywhere. Pool house is amazing! Can’t write enough good things about this place. We will be back!

We stayed for 3 nights after leaving a different VRBO of which we started for 9 nights. We paid so much more at our other location and this one was so much better for so many reasons! Wish I would have known about this one before and we all agreed we would have stayed here! So much to offer and everything we needed. Beds super comfortable and TVs were great. Great location. The Perfect Getaway

Many positive things to say about this property and our stay. I'll start with Daniel who was an awesome host. He was quick to answer any and all questions that we had prior to our arrival and had the house setup just as we had requested. The check in was easy and the house was well stocked. (Having rented many homes, I feel this is an underrated quality.) The property itself looks just like the pictures and the neighborhood is quiet. You definitely get a feel that you are at your own private resort. We spent six nights here for a golf trip and wish we could have stayed longer.

Perfect house for a group

Amazing open spaces for a group of 8 to relax and entertain. The pool was clean and had plenty of pool toys and floats to enjoy. One of the most stocked houses I have ever rented with kitchen supplies, grilling tools, serving platters, vases, etc. Great location near Kierland Commons where we ate and shopped. Closed to some good courses as well. Owner very responsive. House perfectly cleaned. Just a fantastic experience.

Great property. Property was very well designed and laid out. Owners kept the property clean and well stocked. Really good amenities including pool equipment and great pool sound system, fire pit, plenty of TV’s, pool house, and my surprise favorite, the lemon trees! We picked lemons and made FRESH lemonade that was fantastic. Beds were comfortable and kitchen was fantastic! Anytime I come to Phoenix, I am checking the availability of this property FIRST.

Wonderful Stay

This house was fantastic. The location was perfect for hikes and exploring the city. My family (9) fit comfortably and had an absolute blast spending the afternoons hanging out by the pool and in the hot tub. We ate in several of the nights and the kitchen was well equipped and the grill worked perfectly. It’s become a “must” for my family for us to return to in future years, we can’t recommend this spot enough! The host was great, we were traveling with toddlers and he put up a pool fence for us and also supplied us with a box fan. I want to gratefully thank Daniel for all he did for us.

Perfect spring training base for 4 couples

House was as advertised, and better. Layout was great - 2 masters with bathrooms en suite, pool house with nice queen Murphy bed and bathroom, 2 other bedrooms with bathroom between in hallway - totally doable for 5 couples, even better and more private with 4. All rooms well appointed and spacious, including a nice kitchen area. Inviting outside area as well, with large hot tub, fire pit, pool and seating, and fresh citrus for the picking. We made it to our ballgames, but would have been just as happy hanging out at the house. And great communication with Daniel! Would definitely stay there again.

Everything you need!!

The most amazing rental experience and house to fit our needs. The layout of the house and backyard was perfect. We had 2 families of 4, so the 2 masters were perfect for the adults and the boys and girls split the two bedrooms. The outside areas were beautiful we felt like we were staying at our own little resort. Even though it was in the main road and in the neighborhood, when you were there you felt totally secluded. The pool was perfect with the lights and bball hoop, and way more than enough pool floaters for everyone!! The best experience that our whole family will remember forever!!

Perfect gathering oasis

We stayed at this property with our 4 adult children and two sons-in law. There was plenty of room both inside and outdoors for all of us. The bedrooms and bathroom towels and linens were very nice. Pool towels were also provided. We were there over the Thanksgiving Holiday and the kitchen was well stocked with many tools and pots and pans that we needed to cook a Thanksgiving day feast. We very much enjoyed the billiards table, the hot tub and pool - all were great amenities which definitely added to the fun of our stay. Check-in/check-out procedures were easy and communication with the host was prompt. We would choose to stay here again and recommend this property.

Relaxation Luxury Amenities

A group of 60+ aged gentlemen and three wives gathered from the Midwest and NY to play baseball in the MSBL World Series. Check in was easy! The welcome basket of goodies appreciated! All linens were top notch, every appliance/electronic needed, worked as expected (that regularly hasn’t been the case), beds comfortable and a great location to not only to fields but also to gas, grocery, entertainment, and eateries! Instructions provided were simple and easily executed and one of the easiest check out checklists we have had in several years! We had a ghost open the garage door unexpectedly (access to the garage is not granted to lodgers), a quick message to Jason and he was able to close remotely. Overall a great experience for all who stayed!
