Best place to get some rest!

We had a great stay! Swam in the pools and worked out a few times in the work out rooms. The neighbors are the best!!

Great condo, great location!

Overall, very pleased with the condo, location, value.. and would definitely recommend. Tom was very responsive to a couple of maintenance issues… And we shared some ideas for improvement but overall we loved the condo and would definitely stay again.

Scottsdale condo

Spacious unit well equipped with all necessities of home . Location is ideal . Great restaurants near by. Check in was smooth and easy. Host was awesome and responded to our questions immediately. A real bonus were residents in the community whom we met at the pool were very welcoming and helpful.

Great Condo

The condo worked perfectly for our family as it had plenty of space. Four of us were working at the same time and the WiFi worked great. They provided all essentials which was greatly appreciated. Was very nice to be close to the pool. The community is very well maintained and we loved taking walks throughout. We look forward to coming back in 2024!

Very acceptable, clean and comfortable with an accommodating owner...

My husband and I rented this condo for a month, during which time we had two groups of guests staying with us: our daughters and spouses for a few days, then good friends from back home for a few days. The accommodations for the most part were very good, and the beds were comfortable. The owner was very responsive to a problem (the vacuum didn't work), and within a few days that problem was rectified (a new vacuum was delivered.) There were a few things that need improvement, but I wrote the owner a letter outlining those items, and he seemed very thankful to have the input. The location is very convenient, the neighbors are quiet, and the walking trails nearby are great. It was too cool during our stay to use the pools, but they appeared to be very clean and in good repair. We'd rent this place again and would recommend it to friends...

We loved this property and its owner!!!

My wife and I have stayed at the Oasis for 4 years for approximately 3 months each year. The reason was because of its location, beauty, size, and the owner Tom. Tom was very responsive to our needs, whether repair or replacement. He always answered our calls or texts within hours. He's the kind of owner every rental property should have. The property is close to the pool, barbecues, and a little walk to the workout facility. Being on lower level unit was great. It was tastefully decorated. A new washer and dryer were purchased last year. New fans and shutters were also installed recently. We couldn't have wanted anything more from this unit. We love the area and the beauty so much, and our wonderful times at the Oasis with our guests, we decided to purchase our own unit at another Grayhawk complex. We are sorry to leave the Oasis and our great owner, but Tom will always continue to be our friend.

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und sauber.Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Gut erreichbares Gym und der Pool war nur wenige Schritte entfernt. Nette Nachbarn und wir haben einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt dort gehabt. Diese Wohnung ist wirklich empfehlenswert.

Fabulous Month!

The condo was great... size wise and location within the property ... so close to the pool too. The condo within greyhawk couldn’t have been better either... so close to golf... tons of hiking and mountain biking. Tom was so great and easy to communicate with... always answered the text right away. This was our first vrbo experience ..... would do it again in a heartbeat. Thank you Tom!

Fun in the sun!

Great main floor condo for senior citizens with two extra bedrooms for guests. Close proximity to the heated pool and hot tub was a great plus for this unit, as well as the lovely park like walking areas to enjoy. The location in North Scottsdale was great for us, as it was not far to great hiking areas and also close to shopping. The owner was quick to respond to a couple of minor maintenance issues. All in all, we had a great stay.

Stayed at Tom’s property for three months while we transitioned from out of state. It was perfect for our family. The community was quiet, the pools we’re great, and the condo has a great layout. It’s close to everything! We would highly recommend Tom’s condo to anyone!

We were very pleased with our stay in Tom’s condo. He was always quick in replying to our questions & needs. The pool was nice and was located near the condo. The area had lots of great restaurants & shopping. We can’t say enough good things about our host, Tom. He went over and above addressing our concerns. We would definitely recommend his condo. Great location, calm neighborhood, clean condo.

We stayed here for about three months while our house was being built. The condo is in a great location close to freeway in a quiet neighborhood. The condo is old and some areas like kitchen has been remodeled. I did not like the tiles, its very hard to clean. The tiles get dusty. The coaches in living room is old and not comfortable. While we were there, the lights and fans in bedrooms were not working. The carpet in the living room needs to be washed. There are crickets and mosquitoes inside house. It seems like they don't do pest control. Tom is great and communicated well with us. Overall, the condo is a decent place to stay for short term, but I would not stay there for longer period of time again.

Extended stay

The condo was in a great location for access to Mayo Clinic, where my husband was treated. There were a few things that needed repaired and the owner took care of it right away. The only complaint was there was very limited cable channels available which was important to us because my husband’s recovery limited our ability to get out and about.

A great family vacation.

The location of the VRBO makes it a perfect jumping off spot to tourist activities, sports games, services and restaurants. Within the the complex, access to the pool is convenient and there are opportunities for walking. Our hosts were quick to respond to questions - everything went smoothly. We loved it! JoAnne

We were very happy with our stay. Great location, very clean and very comfortable beds. Well stocked kitchen. Quiet, except for the early morning maintenance crew with their leaf blowers. Did get us up and going though ! Highly recommend.

Great Condo in a Great Location

We had a great time in Scottsdale staying at this condo. It was everything promised and more. It was clean, spacious and bright, recently updated and freshly painted, carpeted, with new shutters and washer & dryer. Close to the pool and gym with extra parking nearby. Also close to Desert Ridge Shopping Center for shopping, restaurants and theater with golf courses nearby. Tom was very helpful and quick to respond to our questions. Would highly recommend this condo.
