The Space:

Step outside to your private desert sanctuary. The resort-style heated pool features an integrated hot tub with waterfall spillover and LED lighting. Two fire features anchor the space: a sleek sunken gas firepit and circular Adirondack-chair firepit. The outdoor kitchen boasts gas grill, flat-top griddle, outdoor TVs, and bar seating. Multi-use sport court handles pickleball and half-court basketball. Putting green, expansive grass lawn, covered ramadas with misters. Two rooftop decks offer 360-degree mountain panoramas. (Pool heating: $250/night, 3-night minimum.)



The spacious chef's kitchen features induction cooktop, Sub-Zero refrigerator and freezer, double wall ovens, warming drawer, food steamer, and island seating for six. Great room opens via floor-to-ceiling glass to mountain-view patio with outdoor fireplace. Upper-level game room: ping pong, foosball, arcade machine, PlayStation 5, walkout deck.
