Great Stay

Perfect for family of four. Each kid had own room / bed. Enjoyed hanging at the pool together, very nice and spacious backyard.

Great girls’ getaway’

We had a wonderful and relaxing time. The house was the perfect location from restaurants and shopping. Nice to come back and relax by the pool. Only wish the jacuzzi worked as the nights were chilly.

Great weekend retreat

Comfortable beds. Kitchen appliances and dish ware well stocked. Nice bathroom amenities. Backyard nicely set up. Lots of towels, which was really appreciated.

Great location, killer pool and hot tub. Very private.

Any minor issue we had with the property was promptly taken care of. Great place, central to golf, some great bars and restaurants are close by and old town and fashion are 10 mins away.

We had a fantastic stay at this rental! The house was spotless and well-maintained, which made us feel right at home. The location was perfect—close to everything we needed. Nice Property

We enjoyed our stay at this home. It had nice amenities and was super clean. We especially enjoyed the pool and the putting green. The location was perfect for us as well. We will book again when we are in the area.

Great House in a Great Location!

This home had the most amazing backyard! The putting green was a huge hit, as was the corn-hole game, and the beautiful heated pool. We loved the neighborhood and felt safe.

Family getaway

We decided to have one last family getaway before my daughter went to college. We decided on Phoenix to watch a special concert and drive to Flagstaff and the Grand Canyon. The house is nice and the description accurate. It's relatively close to restaurants and the old Scottsdale.

Nice clean home

We appreciated the cleanliness of this home. It was advertised as a home with a heated pool. We did not appreciate that after booking we were notified that if we wanted the pool heated we would have to pay a steep upcharge.

Great place to stay

Property well managed, nice kitchen well stocked with everything needed. Great pool and hot tub. Comfortable beds. Fun yard activities corn hole and putting green. Only thing I would say they need is some outdoor lighting to be able to play the games after dark.

Great property

6 days staying at the Eugie Terrace property was just what we needed to unwind. It is though on the path for takeoff from Scottsdale airport. The pool and hot tub were really nice and we used them a lot.

Awesome getaway

The house was wonderfully private and accommodating! The host was very helpful as we had difficulty getting the hot tub going. They handled it remotely and on time! We would definitely stay again!

Wonderful getaway

We had a great stay in Scottsdale! The heated pool and hot tub were big hits with our kids, as we are from the Midwest and swimming outside in December/January isn't an option for us in our regular life! The home was clean, ample towels, activities for the kids, and the location was great for us. Quiet neighborhood, although you hear quite a few planes from the Scottsdale airport. Overall, a great stay for our family.

Good, not great

House is ok. Backyard pool is wonderful which is why we booked this place. Beds are very uncomfortable. Did not sleep well at all. I was a little disappointed that I payed for pool heat for our stay and the pool was not heated when we arrived. Property manager was quick to respond and get the pool heating , but it took until the next day for the pool to heat up to the point that we could use it. I expected it to be ready when we arrived. This house worked for what we needed but I would not stay again.

Pool and Spa Paradise

This property isn't perfect but the backyard pool/spa/fireplace/putting green and abundance of seating make it a 5 star.What we liked: 1) back yard! 2) Bed's were extremely comfortable 3) Kitchen and bathrooms were very cleanWhat could be improved: 1) had some issues with the spa on day 1 and wasn't getting response to texts--ended up calling and got everything dialed in. 2) carpets are well worn and would be nice if entire house was tile like kitchen/dining area 3) bed frames should be replaced--soft surfaces with stains not ideal (comfortable beds make up for it). 4) backyard wall in one corner needs some work. 5) lots of construction in neighborhood-looks like lots of new investment property. Neighborhood overall quiet and safe. My wife says I'm too picky;-) Enjoyed our 2 week stay!

The property was nice and clean on the inside. The outside looked like it had not been cleaned up when we arrived. The pool was great! The online pictures made the property look a little better than it was. There were a few things inside the house that didn’t work such as a bedroom fan. Overall it was a good experience.

Great Backyard!

The house is located in a nice middle class neighbourhood. We saw kids and families walking and riding bicycles. Aside from the planes taking off, Scottsdale airport is 5 minutes away it is a quiet neighbourhood. The house has pretty much everything you need though you will need to pick up coffee and a few cooking essentials. The back yard is great and we enjoyed the pool. Its a great place if you have kids. The only challenge we had was intermittent internet which needs to be upgraded to 5G. The management company was helpful few tomes we contacted them. If you are in Scottsdale this house is a perfect place, local to restaurants and shopping.

Beyond expectations

We stayed at the house with my children and two grandkids. The pool was the main reason I picked this property and it did not disappoint! There were steps wide enough so that small kids could play The size of the pool was so perfect and the spa was icing on the cake. The golf putting green was really nice and we roasted marshmallows for s’mores at the fire pit! The interior was nice and clean. There were plenty of towels for the pool and showering. The house is very open, and the common areas were perfect for 6 of us. The location was perfect! Quiet neighborhood Safeway was 1.3 miles away, and lots of restaurants nearby that were really good. All in all, a perfect getaway! We will be back
