You get ALL 3 entertaining areas! Nobody else will be there. Space for everyone, not 4 beds jammed into a room like other vacation rentals.

MAIN HOUSE - 2800 square foot home, 5 bedrooms(2 kings,3 Queens, 3 Twins) and 3 1/2 baths that sleeps 13 in beds with more sleeping options. New 2023 Sectional sits 9+ with NEW large updated pool and outdoor recreation area.

En Suite - 1,000 square with separate King master bedroom. Sleeps 2 in King bed, 2 in twin bunk bed in sliding door room, and 4 in two Queen memory foam sleeper sofas, in separate room from King master bedroom, TV, coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator etc...

GAME ROOM detached from the main house, boasts 1200 sq foot recreation area, 3 Futon style sectional with 2 TV's 86" and 55" flat screens for sports and Movie fans, plus... pool table, air hockey, ping pong top, shuffle board, darts, poker area, video games, and a workout area in the garage. Cable Box that gets every channel - UFC PPV MLB NFL NCAA NHL NBA etc... EVERYTHING!

Upgraded 2021 pool, fire pit, and BBQ and griddle area. Spend a day lounging by the pool, sipping cocktails, and flipping burgers to relax, unplug, and recharge with your friends and family.

If you want to heat the pool I pass along my gas cost which is $20 per hour. The heater will raise pool temperature 1-2 degrees per hour, the amount of gas used depends on outside temperature and keeping it covered when not in use. Most spend $60-$150 a day in the colder months to keep it at 80 degrees. Hot tub is electric and heating costs are included in the price of the stay.

My refund policy is based on the fact that a large property such as mine is hard to re-book on short notice. If you did need to cancel on short notice, I will relist your dates, and if I can find another renter, I will try to return monies I have control over. I am a beyond fair person.

We have plenty of space separation from my neighbors, we use Minut sound monitoring system to verify only when I get the Rare neighbor complaint, guests have always agreed they were being excessively loud outside after hours. 10pm - 7am is the Phoenix ordinance.

We enjoyed staying at this property!! There was plenty of space to keep us entertained. We celebrated my son’s Birthday he had so much fun swimming in the pool and playing at the game room. The house is equipped with everything you need and the host communicates very fast and friendly I would rent this house again!

Family Reunion

Exactly as Advertised – Perfect for a Large Family!We stayed in July with our family of 23, and while most people thought we were crazy for going to Phoenix in the summer, this home made it the perfect getaway.Mornings were spent in the pool, and during the hotter parts of the day, we relaxed in the main house or played games in the game room. There were plenty of activities for all ages, both indoors and outdoors. The kids had tons of space to play, and the pool stayed cool all day, which was a huge plus in the heat.The owner was extremely responsive—every question we had was answered almost immediately by text.Highly recommend this property for large groups or families.

Perfect home for golf retreat

We thoroughly enjoyed this home for our golf outing for 9 adults. The communication from Keith was flawless and prompt. The house was as portrayed. It was well stocked with amenities. outdoor games, etc. (dedicated ice machine was great!) Great location near groceries, etc. We would gladly rent this house again and highly recommend Keith as a host.

Stayed here for 4 nights and it was everything you could ask for. Had 25 people and it fit everyone comfortable. So many activities to do you really never have to leave. Keith was also so accommodating and took care of every need I asked for. I would absolutely stay there again

Great place full of amenities and plenty of space

We had a birthday party here with about 25 people and the property was able to accommodate everyone pretty comfortably. Tons of living space in the backyard with something for everyone. Kitchen, bathrooms, pool, and hot tub were very clean. The property is also near a lot of shopping centers (Costco, Walmart, total wine, etc) so you can always pick something up if you need it. A great place. Would absolutely stay again.

Amazing Property and Owner!

Keith is so easy to work with and has great communication!! The property worked out perfectly for all of our friends and family to stay with us for the weekend of my birthday party! He has thought of everything you could need or want for a vacation/staycation home! We all had a great time and slept well! The beds are very comfortable! Great Property

Stayed at this great location for a bachelor party. Keith was very accommodating with our booking months before and provided great communication during our stay. The property is fantastic and had so many fun things to do to. Lots of places to sleep and multiple fridges to store your drinks. Awesome Scottsdale Stay

Beautiful property in a quiet neighborhood with every amenity imaginable. Had a bachelor trip and our crew had a blast hanging out here. Easy drive/Uber to local attractions, but a place you won’t want to leave. Keith is a true professional and made it the best experience for us.
