Take a dip in the sparkling pool or gather for conversation in the custom gazebo and enjoy the AZ landscape.

Located just steps from the Desert Canyon Golf Course Clubhouse this home was completely remodeled in 2023. As you enter the home you will notice the eye for detail on this home packed with guest amenities.

Home is located in a quiet residential area in Fountain hills and offers peace and tranquility. The views are truly amazing and the sunrise in the morning will have you loving where you're at.

This is not a party house and no loud or disruptive behavior will be tolerated. Guests must respect the home and neighbors at all times.

Absolutely no smoking on property. Any smoking will result in a $1000 fine.

No pets

Pool heating is optional and must be requested at least 48 hours prior to arrival to allow for heating time. Pool heating additional cost is $75 per day or $400 per week.

Only registered guests are allowed at the house without prior consent of host.

Ring camera on the front and back of the home for guest safety and security of the property. No cameras in home

Maximum of 6 adult occupants in home and 8 guests total including children.

It’s a beautiful home in our favorite location so our group of 2 couples enjoyed it very much. The backyard space is outstanding! We had the pool heated, and it was pretty warm out but if it would have been cooler than 78 the pool wouldn't have been warm enough to swim. But that’s coming from 4 older adults who like warmer water….We were a bit uncomfortable with the security camera that hovers over the backyard because we spent a lot of time there and it did not feel like private space as we were swimming, sunbathing, eating….

Of all the places we have VRBO'd in the past, this home was by far the neatest and nicely equipped place for entertaining either yourself or your company. Almost anything needed to cook and prepare was available. The large island in the dining/prep area made the perfect serving station. Plenty of plates, glasses and silverware for all. Retire to the outdoor covered area for relaxation. Covered area is situated as such it provides shade early in the afternoon to the seating and pool area. Feels great when it is 100deg. Had a wonderful time.

One of the best stocked properties we have stayed at - all cooking supplies you could possibly need with variety of spices, bbq, oil, coffee, tea pots and pans etc. Nice quiet area great for families, easy drive to just about everything esp hiking around Tonto. Would stay again.
