"Our stay at the Omni Resort was absolutely wonderful from beginning to end. The entire property is beautifully maintained, peaceful, and incredibly refreshing. Whether we were relaxing around the resort or enjoying the amenities, everything was thoughtfully cared for and created a truly enjoyable atmosphere. The staff were the true highlight of our stay. Every employee we encountered was attentive, professional, genuinely friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure we had an exceptional experience. It's clear that guest service is a priority here. The restaurants throughout the resort were outstanding, offering excellent food, drinks, and service that made every meal something to look forward to. There were only two very minor things that kept the experience from being absolutely perfect. The bed was a bit firmer than we personally prefer, and the pillows were flatter than we'd hoped. Additionally, while the pool area was beautiful and relaxing, a little background music would have made the atmosphere even more enjoyable. Instead, guests were playing music from their individual phones, which was somewhat distracting. Soft resort-style music would have added a nice touch. Those are truly minor observations in what was otherwise an exceptional stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here, felt welcomed throughout our visit, and will absolutely be returning. Thank you to the entire Omni team for making our trip so memorable!"

"Our stay at Talking Stick Resort in Scottsdale, Arizona, was an unforgettable experience and the perfect way to celebrate an early birthday getaway. From the moment we arrived, the property was beautiful, clean, and inviting. The staff was friendly, professional, and made check-in quick and easy. Our room was spacious and comfortable, and the resort offered plenty of amenities to help us relax and enjoy our vacation. We spent time by the pool, explored Scottsdale, and enjoyed incredible local restaurants, making lasting memories throughout our trip. The beautiful desert views, warm Arizona weather, and welcoming atmosphere made this a getaway we won’t soon forget. The only downside to our stay was that the carpet in our room had a noticeable unpleasant odor from the very first day we arrived. While it was disappointing, it did not take away from the overall experience or the exceptional service we received during our visit. Everything else from the cleanliness of the resort’s common areas to the friendly staff and relaxing atmosphere, was excellent. Talking Stick Resort is a wonderful destination for couples, families, or anyone looking for a luxurious Arizona escape. We truly enjoyed celebrating a special occasion here and left with many great memories. Although we hope the carpet odor is addressed for future guests, we would still recommend the resort and would gladly consider staying here again."
