Great Mesa place

12 of us (2 families and our parents) stayed here for Christmas. It had plenty of room for all of us, and was a great location to explore Phoenix and the area from. The owners were quick to respond to any questions and we had a great time.

It was a nice place to stay with a bunch of lady friends that go somewhere every year. The house was big enough for seven of us to fit comfortably.. We paid the extra to have the heated pool and it was worth it. We hung out by the pool a lot.

Arizona Cactus League

We were there for a month. Visited eight different Cactus League ballparks. Drove up to Sedona one day. Son and wife and grandson and girlfriend came for a week. Daughter came for three weeks with a friend, and my younger brother visited for a week. Great time was had by all. Heated the pool for all the swimmers Connie our hostess was terrific. Thanks for letting me visit your property.

Amazing Trip

We were in town for a family wedding, so a large group of us stayed. It was amazing!!! We loved the house, it’s huge, plenty of room for adults and kids! Connie and her husband Fernando were super responsive to any questions I had ahead of our stay and during! We will definitely look to stay here again in the future!!!

Beautiful home and great location

I traveled with a 14U volleyball team and some parents. There was a little hiccup at check-in with the cleaning, but they were right on it and everything was taken care of promptly. Very spacious property and great pool. We walked down to the community park for some beach volleyball. Would highly recommend to anyone!

Great property and location

Overall, the house is great. Lots of fun things to do as guests and room to do them. Owner is fantastic and responsive to any issues that may arise (we had a few and they were very communicative and got them resolved quickly) The only suggestions for improvement might be to better stock a few things in the house (towels, some additional (or replacing) kitchen things e.g. kitchen griddle, mixing spoons/spatulas) But again, overall, very good house, reasonable owner and rules. I'd stay here again!

Life Saver

I rented 3 homes for my extended family to stay in for my daughter's wedding. The day before we left I discovered that one of the homes had been canceled by the host. While looking for a replacement, I came across this house. In addition to being in the right part of town and sleeping a large group, it was reasonably priced. Additionally, the owners were very responsive - a huge plus given issues I had with the other homes I rented. The house was exactly as described. It is very spacious, clean, well furnished, and well stocked. It's in a nice neighborhood, and very easily accessible. There are a lot of beds, making it perfect for accommodating large groups. We had several infants, and were easily able to keep families together, while allowing those without kids to be insulated from any crying. Overall, it worked perfectly. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Family stay

Very big in size to accommodate our family. We weren’t happy that we couldn’t control the temperature of home. There were restrictions and if you wanted it raised it was an additional fees. The living area stayed hot our entire stay. The carpet upstairs needed cleaning badly, very dirty looking.The refrigerator filter needed replaced so we weren’t able to get water or ice from it. Couldn’t open windows for relief of heat in living area due to no screens or there ripped and could let in mosquitoes. They charge for pool to be heated daily that’s not included in your rental. The landscaping was needing some major help,wasn't taken care of at all. We felt as though our bedding hadn’t been cleaned either, due to crumbs and stains left behind. We paid quite a bit to rent this property so we’re a bit dissatisfied.
