Historic Bungalow in Downtown Phoenix

Hey there! Thanks for checking out my listing. I've spent the last 6 years restoring this house with few expenses spared. This is my full-time residence, however I'm going to be out of town for a few months for work and figured I'd rent it out while I'm traveling.

No faux finishes anywhere. House has lots of mature trees around the property helping to create a great outdoor experience even in the hottest of months. Super close to Downtown Phoenix and Sky Harbor.
