Historic Brick Bungalow - Near Downtown Phoenix

My historic Phoenix home was until recently my daily residence, now I live a couple hours north of Phoenix and enjoy the home whenever it isn't being rented! Remodeled in 2018 this home features one bedroom, with a queen bed, and one bath. Enjoy beautiful hardwood floors, warm accents and historic features, West Elm furniture and finishes, a large marble island, dining table, separate bar and living room during your stay. The backyard was redone in 2018 as well and features a large grass area, outdoor dining table (for 6), fire pit, citrus trees, and multiple sitting areas perfect for morning coffee or evening cocktails.

Wonderful stay!!

We had a wonderful stay at this rental! The home was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and incredibly welcoming. The backyard was a true highlight—spacious, peaceful, and perfect for relaxing. Everything was spotless, and the space felt very homey and comfortable. Check-in was smooth and hassle-free. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would absolutely stay here again!

Perfect location and amenities

Entire property was wonderful. Fully stocked and decorated very well. We enjoyed playing the record player, using the wet bar, and all the wonderful outdoor areas. House is very comfortable, spacious, and plenty of storage. Bed was very comfy as well. Highly recommend.

Beautiful Bungalow

The home is just as shown in the photos. It is beautifully decorated and had all of the amenities that we needed. We loved the back yard - it is a little oasis in the city. The neighborhood is upscale and nice for a walk or jog. It is conveniently located to stores, restaurants, coffee shops. The neighborhood is very quiet.

Beautiful home with great accommodations. We lacked for nothing with all the comforts of home. Comfortable, convenient location with backyard oasis

This was our best vrbo experience yet. Perfect for a couple. Office space with good internet. Interesting decor with comfortable furniture, big TV with streaming services. Location was close to everything, just minutes from downtown, basketball arena, museums, restaurants with casinos closeby. We especially enjoyed relaxing in the various seating areas in the beautiful backyard oasis with patio, firepits, cozy chairs, orange and lemon trees - and plushy green grass! Highly recommend, especially for a winter retreat.

The weather didn't cooperate but the house was comfy and cozy!

It doesn't happen often but when it does you want to be staying in a place that you can enjoy even when your outside plans are scuttled due to weather. We enjoyed the home and the area very much. It was perfect for the 2 of us and our family could come over and enjoy it as well.

Cute Encanto property

We enjoyed two weeks in this home while visiting Phoenix. The house is cute and clean in a quiet neighborhood, and Stephanie was very easy to communicate with. The house is centrally located and furnished with everything we needed. Our dog especially loved chasing balls in the fenced back yard. Had a great vacation and will look forward to doing it again.

A sweet little gem in a lovely historic neighborhood

Spotless, charming, comfortable space for two: well equipped kitchen; comfy bed; nice bathroom; TV, internet. Bonus great backyard with shaded porch, lovely landscaping with various seating areas. We had relatives at nearby St. Joseph hospital - a 5 minute walk, which was so convenient. We really hope to stay here again - our host was quick to answer any questions we had. Thank you Stephanie!

Campus Vista

Great floor plan. Nice kitchen and bathroom. Great backyard. Worked out at Phoenix College just 5 houses away. Good neighborhood and close to lots of things to do. Highly recommend!!

Wonderful Home

We really enjoyed our stay. The home is lovely and well appointed. The backyard is large with grassy areas and several seating areas. The pictures are very representative of the home. It is centrally located to the midtown area with many restaurants and convenient grocery stores. Communication with the host was quick and always informative.

WOW! Great stay!

First off, Stephanie is very helpful and accommodating. This place has everything you need, clean, great location, quiet neighborhood. Huge back yard that my dog loved roaming. Extra bonus: love hearing the distant sound of the train. Would definitely stay here again.

A perfectly appointed property

Fantastic location, clean and well decorated home!

Renting the property is easy and quick. Great communication from Stephanie, who responds quickly to messages. It appears as if she is always available when needed. We even called her when we were getting into her home and she was available to guide us through the process! The home is very comfortable and contains everything you need for a weekend or in our case, for two weeks. Helpful instructions, (house manual) is provided to you ahead of time and is available on the property. This removes any stress that may be associated with living in a rental. My wife and I recommended this property to anyone planning on visiting the Phoenix Midtown location. Thank you so very much, Stephanie!!!
