Historic Brick Bungalow - Near Downtown Phoenix

  • My historic Phoenix home was until recently my daily residence, now I live a couple hours north of Phoenix and enjoy the home whenever it isn't being rented! Remodeled in 2018 this home features one bedroom, with a queen bed, and one bath. Enjoy beautiful hardwood floors, warm accents and historic features, West Elm furniture and finishes, a large marble island, dining table, separate bar and living room during your stay. The backyard was redone in 2018 as well and features a large grass area, outdoor dining table (for 6), fire pit, citrus trees, and multiple sitting areas perfect for morning coffee or evening cocktails.
