Association. With the 4-5G internet connections, bedside phone chargers a complimentary coffee bar, and exceptional linens, this is the perfect pleasurable retreat.

This newly remodeled and professionally decorated condo, in the Maya Condominium, is just minutes from Old Town Scottsdale. It features a heated resort-style outdoor pool and hot tub, a gym, pool, ping-pong, gas BBQs, and reserved covered parking. The condo is centrally located near all the amenities for easy access.

The recent luxury renovation features a high-end atmosphere with granite countertops throughout, new bedroom carpet, stainless steel appliances and a professional designed Bohemian-contemporary decor. Luxury linens, magnificently comfortable beds, pool towels & robes await. Blow dryers, curling irons are also provided.

Outside, an inviting private patio boasts of both shade and sunny spots. A retractable door makes this a delightful outside room. For the sports and cinema fans, each room is equipped with a 55” LED SMART TV – cable provided. The convenience of high speed wireless internet is included.

DIRECTLY ACROSS THE STREET:
Directly across the street, is a conveniently located Starbucks a wonderful Sprouts grocery store, bike rental, restaurants, nail salon, and other retail shops.

SURROUNDING AREA:
Within blocks there is exciting night life, excellent restaurants, golf, spring training, NFL games, hiking, scooters and bike rentals.

Clean and cozy

We so enjoyed our stay! The outdoor sitting area was fabulous. We were also greeted with bubbly water and snacks. The beds and pillows are very comfortable. Access to the hot tub right outside the back gate which is so convenient. Would recommend this stay!

Little gem in Scottsdale

This property was a great place to stay with 2 friends. We each had our own bed, full kitchen to cook a couple meals, great outside patio to relax with a morning cup of tea. Across the street from Sprouts grocery store, quiet location, pool, hot tub and workout room easily accessible. Close to a walking trail and green belt area.

Great place and awesome host

Stayed here with a friend for four nights after reading great reviews which were highly accurate! Condo is clean, nicely decorated and immaculate as well as very comfortable beds!Location is very convenient and close to shops and pubs, and restaurants. Elizabeth was very accommodating allowing us an early check in and was very quick with communications. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

Overall this property was great! Great location and very clean and welcoming! Convenient location. The only thing I would say is that the walls are thin and the noise from upstairs was very apparent.

Scottsdale vacation

Right when we walked into the property we knew we chose the right home. Treats were waiting for us and cold drinks in the fridge. The outdoor patio was where we spent all of our time. The pool was fabulous as wel. Walking to Old Town was convenient too

Perfect Spot for Spring Ball

The unit has 2 bedrooms with private bathrooms which were perfect. The patio and outdoor seating areas are great for hanging out in the morning and evening. We had a lovely welcome basket with beverages and chips and salsa which was a great surprise and perfect because we were starving! Parking is easy and you are close to Old Scotsdale.

Fabulous Condo

We liked having two primary rooms with bathrooms. Condo had EVERYTHING! We appreciated the little touches: hair styling tools, nice hangers, plenty of towels, laundry hamper, nice coffee mugs & wine glasses, back gate to hot tub and pool. Super clean and good location.

AZ Girls’ Escape

Elizabeth was excellent to communicate with and prompt in responding to our questions (both before and during our stay). Her rental was very clean and well stocked. The patio was lovely and the unit was close to the hot tub, pool and fitness room. Having Sprouts right across the street was most convenient. Thank you for sharing your beautiful place with us. Great Location and condo

We really enjoyed our stay. Elizabeth was very accommodating, allowing us an early checkin. The condo had everything. Very well equipped. The condo was located close to downtown Scottsdale, grocery markets and lots of restaurants. And the heated pool, although a bit crowded at times was wonderful to have a swim.

Home away from home!

The condo was very clean and had every amenity you would want. The host went above and beyond with many extra touches. It is walking and driving distance to everything in Scottsdale, Tempe and surrounding areas. I highly recommend!

Perfect location
