Awesome House Near Tennis Facility

Great house for 8 men playing in a competitive tennis tournament. Nice beds, quiet rooms, fully equipped kitchen to make meals and nice common areas to hang out.

Fun Family Get-together

We had family from Florida and Maryland meet at this house to honor our family member from Phoenix on his retirement from the Air Force. Family loved the house and especially the pool and everything we needed was provided. We couldn't have asked for anything more from a house. I highly recommend this place for a family gathering.

Surprise paradise

This was a beautiful property for our family to gather for my father’s memorial service. Met the needs of all three of our children and their children. Property was in excellent condition and the pool was a delight to grandchildren and grandparents alike.

We rent this place every year

Always a great experience.Every year my group of 6 guys stay here and play golf in the area. We buy all our food and cook at the house. House is exceptionally clean and organized. Very thorough communication and information on where to find what. The house has everything you need not just sleep there but live there. We always enjoy our stay. If you want to swim in the winter months get the pool heat. AZ pools are not warm in the winter.

House was nicely appointed for a group of six guys. Six bedroom. The sixth bedroom had a smaller bed. Wish that was a queen. Lower heating element in oven didn’t work. Overall very nice. Paid extra for the pool heat and it was at the perfect temp when we arrived.

Better than Expected

Our tennis team stayed at this lovely property while playing at Nationals at the Surprise Tennis Center. Everything about this comfortable home was better than we could have hoped for. The kitchen and bathrooms were supplied with all amenities and special touches that you would find in any high-end resort. The furnishings were so comfortable, and the game room provided for some fun noon-tennis competitions. The backyard fire pit was also a wonderful place to enjoy drinks and conversation. Communication with the local property manager was easy and prompt for answers to all questions. We would definitely stay at this property again.

Tennis trip

Ten ladies from Florida stayed for the 65 and over tennis nationals. The house was great we have rented it 2 other times. It’s perfect for our large group and the big sectional worked out. We did have to buy wine glasses because there were none in house, but we left them for everyone . We loved staying at the house and if we make it to nationals we would definitely want to stay again. I would highly recommend this property it’s close to the tennis center and stores and we spent a day at Cave Creek which was enjoyable.
