Our home is located in a quiet and peaceful Chandler neighborhood.
Please observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM.

If a neighbor asks you to lower the volume, please be kind and respectful.

@@ No Smoking or Illegal Substances

Smoking or vaping is not allowed anywhere on the property, indoors or outdoors. Any evidence of smoking will result in a $700 additional deep cleaning fee.

@@ Maintenance & Trash Collection

The pool and hot tub are professionally serviced once a week, and landscaping is maintained as needed.

Trash is collected every Tuesday morning and Recycle is collected every Thursday morning. Please place bins at the curb the night before collection.

While we have professional pest control,
you may still see an occasional desert insect or small critter outside.
Keeping doors closed will help prevent any unwelcome visitors — thank you for your understanding.

The home was set up amazingly well for guests! Our teens and adults loved the game room. The communications with the host were clear and responsive. While the pool was not available for our stay, it looks beautiful! My grandson loved the putting green. Beautiful outdoor area. I would book this home again.
