New mattresses, TVs & ceiling fans in both bedrooms. New full size washer/ dryer in unit w/detergent & dryer sheets, dish washing machine, internet & cable. Extra sheets & towels. Utensils, pots & pans, coffee machine, cups and dishes all available for use. Tennis courts within yards w/ rackets & balls in unit. No street/parking lot noise. Private balcony.
