Located in a quiet and gated complex, this unit features an open floor plan, a freshly painted interior with light and bright living room, wood like tile throughout! LR is open to kitchen, full inside laundry, a private patio - just a few steps to the pool, hot tub and fitness room! All utilities included NEW AC Unit installed 2 yrs old. All the comforts of home provided. Close to dining, golf, shopping, hospital and freeways!. Rental rates discounted in Summer Months. Regular rates December - May * No less than 30 day rentals allowed per HOA. Dogs need to be under 40 lb and registered with HOA. No Cats
