Next to San Tan Village Mall, Top Golf and commercial area. Shopping, restaurants entertainment, movies are just less than a mile away.
Heated private pool in the backyard. No charge for heating the pool.
Free Wifi. Free Netflix online movies. Cable TV.
Free Breakfast: Coffee, Milk, Tea, Bread, Eggs, Pancake (Waffle) mix, Cereals.
HOA and Aibnb are shutting down the listings which have parties on the properties. Family gathering is welcome. But we are very strict with NO PARTY rules. Thanks!
