Elegant Old Town as amazing.

The condo was very clean, well stocked and in a great location and so safe. Nick and Judy were very responsive to our messages and the check in and out process was seamless and simple. We loved the pool and hot tub area and would definitely stay again.

Old Town Condo

We had a great stay at this centrally located condo. The place was clean and had well stocked baths and kitchen. The host was very responsive to our messages and was a great communicator. Locals were friendly, we felt safe in the neighborhood, and appreciated being within walking distance to restaurants, grocery store, and coffee house. We would recommend this place to anyone visiting the area and would stay again.

Perfect Location in Old Town

Close to all the conveniences in old town--restaurants, Fashion Square, and the 101. The apartment was as advertised and was very quiet. We were very busy with family matters, but appreciated the time we could spend relaxing. Unfortunately, it was too hot to take advantage of the pool, but it looked very nice. Nick and Judy were very welcoming and responsive to our needs. We would definitely stay again1 Thanks, Pat & Michael

Unplanned visit

We were there 3 weeks because my husband suffered a stroke on r way to hawaii. It is very well located to the hospital restaurants shopping etc. we had to extend r stay and the hosts were more than helpful and we had to have special consideration when leaving due to hospital and again very helpful. We found a dirty little used area the maids had missed and we left a note for them. Otherwise everything clean and lots of everything u would need. Under different circumstances I would definitely rebook.

Great location for spring training baseball

Overall this was a great property stay. Well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, clean and safe property. We had some checkin issues with the code not properly coded for our stay but thankfully we didn’t arrive too late in the evening to contact management for new code. There was a missing tv remote that we found four days into our stay between the couch cushions. Would recommend the management create a checklist to make sure these details are taken care of each time upon checkin. Also would recommend instructions for each television on what you can and cannot do. Bedroom tv’s were streaming only so a little less easy to watch casual tv. I would still very much recommend this property.

Nice but not as modern as pictures depict.

Concerning that the window in the master bedroom didn’t lock, stick in the window was ok but still concerning. Would have been nice to have laundry in the room.
