☆ There are two community lakes, North Lake and South Lake that have a walking path around both lakes.
☆ Estrella Mountain Ranch has two onsite restaurants: one at each resident's club. While renters do not have access to the residents' clubs or the boating activities, the restaurants are open to the public. Lakeside Grill is located at the Starpoint Residents Club across from Safeway. Cantina is located at the Presidio.
☆ Cafe Bebida (local coffee shop) and Ladera Park are both within walking distance of the home.
☆ There is a Safeway grocery store, Walgreens, Chase Bank, Starbucks, Taco Bell, McDonald's, Papa Johns, and a few other local stores and restaurants in Estrella Mountain Ranch.

Guests will have full access to the property including the garage and the backyard (the owner has some items stored in the garage and these are not for guest use). The only exceptions are guests will NOT have access to two locked owner's closets in the hallway and primary bath.

The residents' clubs, fitness centers, and boating activities are for owners and long-term guests only.

Support available through the VRBO app from 5am - 7pm PT in summer/ 6am - 8pm MT in winter (AZ doesn't observe daylight savings time) and emergencies only outside those hours. Please contact 911 in case of serious medical emergencies.

☆ Additional owner rental agreement must be signed prior to check-in separate from the booking platform.

☆ This is a completely smoke-free (pipe, tobacco, vape, etc) and drug free unit and is limited to 6 guests. Any violation of these rules will result in termination of your rental agreement and additional fees.

☆ Pets are NOT permitted at this home without written prior authorization by the management team. Violation of this rule without authorization from the host will result in termination of the rental agreement and possible additional cleaning fees.

☆ Linens and bath towels are supplied for each bed and MUST stay in the condo. Renter will be charged for any missing or damaged towels or linens.

☆ Please leave shoes at the door to help keep the home sparkling clean.

☆ Starter amenities only - only starter amounts of toilet paper for each bathroom, a roll of paper towels, a few trash bags, and dish soap is provided at check in. You will need to supply any additional products beyond the starter pack. We supply some hand soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner for each bathroom, but feel free to bring your own if you have a favorite brand.

☆ Free full-size washer/dryer are in the unit with some laundry detergent. Only HE detergent should be used. For longer term guests, please plan to purchase more HE detergent.

☆ There is a front door Ring doorbell camera. It is active 24/7 and is motion activated with video and sound recording. It is there for the safety and security of our property and our guests. Any tampering, covering, or disabling of the camera is grounds for immediate termination of rental agreement.

☆ Deactivation of Wi-Fi (modem and/or router) may lead to immediate termination of the rental.

☆ There is a $50 replacement fee per remote. There are remotes for each TV and the fans/lights.

☆ $100 fee if external lighting timers are tampered with.

☆ Clean-up fee will be charged if any fluid leaks from vehicles, particularly on paver driveway.
