All was perfect

Had a very busy schedule during out stay in Phoenix and having everything clean, ready and available made things that much easier. It was quiet, had everything we needed, we enjoyed the cooled swimming pool on the 100+ degree days, and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Our quick getaway to Phoenix was a nice trip overall! The location was close to a lot of good restaurants and hiking trails. The pool/hot tub area was nice, quiet and peaceful. Our only complaint was the condo above us had small children that at times were noisy.

Great Phoenix visit

Great condo. Great owner. Very comfortable stay. We felt like it was a home away from home. Very safe and quiet gated complex. We didn’t take advantage of the additional amenities but they look very nice. We would definitely stay there again. We were very pleased with the ease of check-in and check out.

High School Reunion

My husband ended up not joining me for the week, but I was in and out with no problems. I enjoyed the pool. I felt safe and had all I needed. The directions were perfect and the guest contact couldn't have been more communicative.

Mother Daughter Get-Away

Thank you for accommodating an early check in! The condo had everything we needed and the pool was a few steps away. We did not have a car with us but did walk to the local Fry’s for groceries (only 20 minute walk) and any tourists locations we wanted to see were a 20minute Uber ride in any direction. Richard was quick to reply to any questions and was very helpful. Great stay!

Wonderful couple's condo

My husband and I stayed at this condo toward the end of March 2024. It was very clean and well stocked. It was the perfect size for the two of us. The location was great for all the hiking we wanted to do. The gated condo community was very pleasant and for being surrounded by so many other condos, it was really quiet which was nice. The pool was wonderful and check in and out was smooth. The owner communicated with me in a very timely manner. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again. We really enjoyed it!

Buddies’ Retreat

Although I’m sure this condo is fantastic for couples, this was also great for two thirty-something pals visiting town for Spring Training baseball. We didn’t spend a ton of time in the condo itself, but the pool and hot tub were welcomed amenities after a couple long days out in the sun. Getting to the property itself was really easy: clear to find, the directions were concise and accurate and there were no issues checking in with the keyless lock. Due to the security of the community and the unit itself, it felt really safe and secure and I’d certainly recommend this place to anyone, including families. It may also be worth noting that this is a ground floor unit, which could be great for individuals with mobility concerns or young children. Overall, I really appreciated the care and attention to detail that the owners clearly put into their home because it had everything we could possibly need for a quick weekend. This place is the definition of guest-ready and as-advertised and I’d definitely come back and stay here again. Thank you for opening up your home to us!

The condo was as advertised. It is well stocked and we enjoyed our stay. We weren’t aware ahead of time of construction happening during our stay. This was a bit disappointing as it was disruptive to parking and the noise started before 7 am.
