Full kitchen with the tools you need to make great meals. Family room with a 60" TV loaded with all the subscriptions you need. 3 beautiful bedrooms with one of them including a full gym. Ample backyard space to enjoy the sunny phoenix weather. You are 20min from downtown, 15min from Scottsdale, 30min from State Farm Stadium, 5-10 min from North Mountain, Piestewa, and Camelback Mountain for some of the best hikes in Phoenix. Finally, just 50 minutes from Lake Pleasant or Bartlett Reservoir with 2 Kayaks available upon request.
