Cozy GlenWillow Farmhouse by the Cardinal Stadium

Glenwillow, originally a Farmhouse back when it was built in 1912, now fast forward a century later and step into a cozy 3 bedroom 2 bathroom manicured historical gem! The Glenwillow is centrally located just a 5 minute drive to the Cardinal Stadium and the Westgate Entertainment District. Enjoy the spacious backyard, have a tasty barbecue, play some corn-hole or simply kick off your shoes, turn on the fire-pit and lounge. This home is in the center of it all and has a country charm! Home is very close to the 101 freeway which connects to all the major highways in Phoenix Metro. This property is ideal for small and medium size groups. We have enough beds to sleep 7 comfortably. There is ample free parking on property. For larger families with RV`s we also allow RV parking for an additional fee. This home is ideal for events held in at the State Farm Stadium (Cardinals Home Stadium), Desert Diamond Arena (formerly the Coyote Hokey Home Stadium), Desert Diamond Casino and the Ak-Chin Pavilion.

Great place in Glendale

Exceptionally well decorated and clean. Nice kitchen but only seating for four at counter (no table). Great outdoor spot with sofas and fire table. Only access to the two bathrooms from living area and third bedroom is to go through bedroom one or two. We'd stay here again!

The only thing I would change is to add a small dresser in the front bedroom. There is a closet but nowhere to put your things otherwise. Other than that small issue, this property was exactly what we needed for our trip. We had enough space, the fridge was nice, the decor was pleasant, and instructions were detailed. We would stay here again, for sure. The location was near anything you'd need including shopping and restaurants, even a casino was nearby if that's your thing. (Or thing to avoid.) We were about fifteen min from spring training, and maybe 20 from downtown Phoenix.

Spring Training 2025

Enjoyed the stay and will consider this property when we return to Spring Training next year. Only negatives are relatively minor. No dishwasher. Only two wash clothes per bathroom. tub/shower combo was a little slippery. Seniors need to be cautious. Just recognize this house is a part of a lot that is not landscaped. Farmhouse reference is accurate. Enjoyed our stay and will definitely consider returning. Interior overall is very nice and comfortable.
