- This very new gated community has many amenities. 2 large pools one always heated, 2 hot tubs, large exercise facility with showers, 2 children's play areas and a club house, close to the freeway but not too close. It has both a small back yard/ patio with table, chairs and BBQ grill and a 2nd story patio. You will enjoy the 2 car attached garage. Three Bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms with master bedroom having it's own bathroom. Living spaces all have ceiling fans and 9 and 10 foot ceilings. The kitchen has Granite counter tops, filtered water at the refrigerator with ice / water and a dishwasher.
