KITCHEN & DINING:
Fully equipped w/ updated appliances, cooking essentials, complete coffee bar with drip coffee maker, Keurig coffee maker, K-Cups, coffee and more, an electric tea kettle, crock-pot, blender, toaster, spices, knife set, dishware & flatware and kids’ dinnerware. Breakfast bar w/ bar stools and farmhouse style dining table to comfortably seat 12.

BATHROOMS:
2 full bathrooms furnished with towels, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, makeup towels, q-tips, cotton balls, and hair dryers. Ensuite has walk in shower, 2nd bath has tub/shower combo.

OUTDOOR LIVING:
Safety-gated private heated* pool (depth 3'- 8') professionally maintained, pool loungers and umbrellas, pool toys and floats, gas fire pit, gas BBQ grill, patio bar, putting green (clubs provided), outdoor seating, and corn hole game set.

Countryside Park is across the street with basketball, volleyball, and covered play areas. A basketball and volleyball are provided in the game room for guest use at the park.

We have amazing weather in the winter and spring months, so there are always golf tournaments, especially Phoenix’ famous Waste Management Tournament. There’s also a lot of spring training action as 15 MLB Cactus League teams travel here. Sports stadiums (Sloan Park, Hohokam Stadium, Salt River Fields, Chase Field, etc.) Around Mesa there is also Gene Autry Park, which hosts several baseball/ pickle ball/tennis tournaments. Arizona Athletic Grounds (formerly Bell Bank and Legacy Park), just minutes away, brings traveling teams here all year long.
