This cozy 1-bed, 1-bath retreat offers a prime location just 1 mile from downtown Phoenix, 10 minutes from the airport, and minutes from major hospitals. Perfect for both business and leisure, it features a queen bed in the bedroom and a queen-size sofa bed in the living area. The spacious, family-friendly backyard and hot tub—shared with two other units—provides plenty of room to relax. Whether you're exploring the city or need easy access to medical centers, this central retreat is ideal for your stay.

This charming guesthouse, located in the backyard of the main house but offering complete privacy. The suite features a private gate entrance located to the RIGHT of the main house, ensuring easy and secure access. Both the gate and the front door will be marked with a "C" for easy recognition.
