The space
With quick freeway access and a short drive to Sky Harbor Airport, it’s an ideal base for business trips, golf weekends, Spring Training, or a relaxing desert escape. Inside, the home offers a bright open-concept living space, a fully equipped kitchen, and comfortably furnished bedrooms—each with its own private bathroom. The unit sits right next to the community pool, making it easy to spend your days in the Arizona sun.

The condo features an open living area with plenty of seating, a fully stocked kitchen, and a dining space suited for extended stays or quick meals before heading out. Both bedrooms include king beds and private bathrooms, giving every guest plenty of personal space. The unit is positioned near the community pool, offering convenient access without giving up privacy or quiet.

Minimum age to rent is 25 years of age.

No loud or disruptive behavior will be tolerated in the unit or throughout the complex while using amenities. Please be respectful to neighbors throughout your stay.

No Smoking. Any signs of smoking will result in a $1000 fine for removal of odor.

Upon successful booking you will be asked to sign a rental agreement that provides house rules as well as information about the space that you are renting. This is for the safety of all parties involved and to keep you up to date with check in information and any notices regarding the home.

All dwelling units, including vacation rentals and short-term rentals shall have a maximum family size of 6 adults (and their related dependent children).

Great Location

Location is #1, and this condo has about the best in Scottsdale. Nicely decorated and with a fully equipped kitchen, it also scores high in functionality. Just a great place to live for a winter getaway.
