The backyard is surrounded by lush mature foliage and populated with chirping birds, making it a sanctuary-like retreat from the outside world.

You'll be within walking distance of essentials like Sprouts, Starbucks, Safeway, Ace Hardware, and numerous restaurants. Trails through natural desert are steps away, with golf courses, health clubs, shopping, gorgeous Pinnacle Peak and other hikes, and Loop 101 connecting to the rest of the city within a short car or bike ride. The home's driveway has space for two cars.

Minimum booking length is 4 months, with a start in December or January preferred. You will be asked to sign a lease agreement.
