Great location and beautiful home!

The house had everything we needed and more! They have thought of everything from pool towels, extra phone chargers, to grilling equipment. The house is very clean and fit our group of 6 comfortably. The location is also perfect for restaurants and hiking.

Family Easter

We had a great stay over the Easter long weekend! Pool was fantastic. The backyard gets plenty of sun. Kate was an amazing host and was very quick to reply if we had any questions. Would stay here again if we are in the Phoenix area!

Beautiful centrally located oasis

This place was immaculately clean! Have so many features we love the pool and outdoor space. Centrally located. It had everything we needed right onsite for a relaxing stay. Kate was an amazing host, was always available with wquick response time and helped us plan an awesome trip to celebrate our friend who was getting married. If you’re looking for a fun, safe , clean and centrally located place in Phoenix, I highly recommend.

Great property

We came down to celebrate our son’s graduation at ASU. Property had everything we needed. Very clean. Outside pool area was great. The kids enjoyed the pool table. Location was close to anything you might need. Thanks for a worry free and enjoyable stay.

Stayed with my family for a short vacation

This was one of the best VRBO’s we have stayed in! It was so clean and nice and the host (Kate) was wonderful and very communicative. There were amenities and household things we forgot to bring that Kate had stocked for us to use, it was amazing. The pool was such a hit with our whole family and the pool table was really fun. The house was beautiful, the whole experience here was 10/10.

Relaxing time with family

Our group consisted of 8 adults and 1 three year old. Plenty of sleeping room but pullout bed needs an extra mattress which owner is going to address. Very clean home in nice neighborhood. Centrally located. Pool was great and backyard wonderful for relaxing. Owner Kate was very quick to respond to any questions. Highly recommend this property.

Amazing host and home

Our stay was amazing! Communication was simple and if I ever reached out, I received a quick response. The home was clean, had everything you would need to cook with. Location was just off the freeway with lots of restaurants and stores around. There were lots of activities not only for the adults but for our kids as well. The pool was clean and had floaties to use. There were tons of space for the kids to lounge around and just relax. I would definitely recommend and would book another stay with this host. Great way to end our Vacation

This place was the perfect place to stay and a great way to end our vacation. Everything was as to be expected. "Perfect" The Owner of this place was very easy to contact, she responded quickly to any and all questions we had before and during our stay. I highly recommend staying at this property. The Owner has thought of everything from small necessities that may have been forgotten at home to showing things to do in the area. The most rewarding thing for us was the family time and the game nights. There was a lot of pool games for sure! Thank you for allowing us to stay at your property. We hope to be back again!
