Brand New Townhome in the heart of Downtown Gilbert

  • This brand new townhome provides everything you need from local accommodations (gigabit internet, cable, washer dryer etc) in one of the hottest destinations for nightlife in Phoenix Metro in downtown GIlbert with one-of-a-kind dining and unique entertainment.

    Essential supplies and toiletries are available in the home. However, if those run out during the stay, the guest will have to provide for themselves if they need more.

    The pool may be heated from March through November AS LONG AS the temperature is warm enough. It has to be CONSISTENTLY ABOVE 80 degrees.
