Modern Guest House in Great Central Location!

Beautiful modern guest house located in the heart of north Phoenix! Quick drive to Old-town Scottsdale, downtown Phoenix, down the road from the Waste Management PHX Open and centered between nearly every Spring Training stadium! This location allows you to see and do it all!

House sleeps 4-5 adults comfortably and offers additional baby/kid-friendly accommodations.

The guest house sits at the back of the main property offering privacy and a quiet environment. This is a separate unit with private access on the side of the property.

Please note for Reviews: As of April 2026, access to the main house pool and/or backyard is no longer available.

We had a great stay at this guesthouse. The location was very convenient and the host was responsive and knowledgeable. The pool was a welcome respite for our 12 year old son and the guesthouse met all our needs.

This property was exactly what we needed for our stay. It feels like a separate space from the owners' house, but they were very responsive if we had any questions. We didn't use the pool, but it looked lovely. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well designed.

Clean, quiet neighborhood, the hostess is very responsive and accommodating. It is a bit of a drive if you're looking to head into the city but it was good for us as all we did was golf around Scottsdale. If im ever in Phoenix again, no doubt I'll be staying here again.

Wonderful stay

This space was just what we needed. Spent a few days for spring break and this rental checked all the boxes. The space was clean which is what I always look for when we do rentals. The location gave us easy access to spring training games as well as things to do in the evening with our kids! The kitchen was well stocked, and I appreciate the coffee! There were even yoga mats so I was able to get a quick work out in before we headed out for the day. Would definitely stay here again!
