Great Central location: Biltmore & Arcadia!
Vintage brick house renovated to today's standards w/ remaining touches of circa 1950. New kitchen w/ all accessories, 65" TV, fast Wi-Fi, parking for 3 vehicles, and views of the city's mountains. Only 5 min to the Biltmore Golf Resort, 10 min to the Phoenician Resort. There is a multi-acre city park less than a mile away.
The Biltmore shopping Mall to the west, Scottsdale's Fashion Square to the East. A large grocery store just 1/4-mile north.
The charming back yard is fenced.
This Vintage house is the perfect place to stay. With 3-bedrooms. & 2 baths, this house is freshly renovated including a new kitchen, a new bathroom, new windows, paint and flooring. It is a charming place to call home during your AZ visit.
Guest access:
With the keypad entrance lock on the front door, no keys are required. If you need personal assistance checking in, with a 24-hour notice, we can make sure we can meet you upon arrival at a specified time.
