It was very convenient to Phoenix/Gateway airport having gotten in late in the evening and being tired. Rented our car and scooted right out to "Legacy".

Close to Mesa airport. Lyft provided by hotel. The decor is older which makes it average. Some small items that need to be fixed. Broken bathroom tile. Bezels on handrail in bathtub not secure. Pillows were small.

It’s was clean. The carpet was aged. The bed had a new modem bedspread and new bedding. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom faucet was wiggly and the shower faucet too. Very nice breakfast for a quick breakfast. The staff was friendly. People are pretty hard on things. The carpet was the worst complaint. But overall decent and clean.

The remote did not work on the tv. We switched rooms and remote worked but only one channel and could change it. Shower valve was ready to fall off and could barely get it to adjust temperature. Thermostat for the ac was dead so we couldn't adjust temperature. Elevator doors got stuck half way open and alarms went off, we had to pry the doors open and then use stairs. All in all i would not recommend this hotel as there is deferred maintenance everywhere. Staff was kind and courteous, so my only reason for 2 stars

Our room wasn't ready despite it being 3:30 p.m. The carpet in our room (#104) was bunched up between the beds causing a potential tripping issue. Liked the fact the room was on the first floor. The morning breakfast was satisfactory with enough variety.

The lighting in the rooms were terrible. The look of the room along with the lighting gave me bates motel vibes. Other than that the room was decent and the staff was nice

This hotel was very nice and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Checking in and out was very easy. Neighborhood is busy, but quiet and lots of dining and shopping options very close.

Clean room, The ceiling was high and it felt spacious. Mattress was comfortable, jacuzzi and breakfast was good, staff was nice, but just one patient ☝️ Friday night I got cold water 💦 shower …maybe many people were staying on Friday night. Please review the this item contents real good. Thank you

It was a nice and very clean stay. We did have issues with a charge that was already paid for. Once I showed my receipt, they instantly corrected the situation.

Was coming in after a wedding and looking for parking going towards the back of the hotel was a junkie all tweaked out coming out of the bushes and a few feet from that was 2 others drinking . It’s a shame because the hotel it’s self was very nice , clean and comfortable stuff like that going on ruins things .Would have given 5 stars but that was a complete turn off .

I have never stayed in a hotel where I heard so much of the people next door. At night it was their adult activities that were so very easy to hear, almost amplified in the bathroom, and in the morning it was every cough, sneeze, laugh, and then ultimately their fighting. Staff seemed fine, location wasn't the worst, the bathroom was nicer than the bedroom. Maybe I just got the worst room in the place with the thinnest walls, but I definitely will not be back if I'm in the area again. I need to be able to sleep when I stay at a hotel.

The night stand had gum on it from the previous occupant. The carpet in our room was filthy. Our flight was delayed so we arrived at 4:00 am to learn that our room had been canceled. The clerk was able to get us into another room not a king we had requested but 2 queens. Complete with the gum listed at the start of this review.

I stayed at this hotel recently and was really disappointed with the cleanliness. The room had visible dust on the furniture and the bathroom looked like it hadn't been properly cleaned in days I found hair everywhere (in bed, bathroom) also I used soap in the bathroom, other change me the room but it was the same as the previous but at that point I was very tired to argue but definitely I felt gross just to been there. The towels provided had stains on them, which was quite off-putting. Overall, the lack of attention to cleanliness made my stay quite uncomfortable and I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean and hygienic place to stay.

Room was spacious and clean, bed was comfortable. My only problem with the room was that the sink drain was open and had no stopper of any kind. Staff was courteous and friendly. Would happily stay here again.

Great customer service! My wife and I liked the hotel and the staff. My only concern is the carpet in the room needs cleaning or perhaps replacing (pretty nasty/rm 116). Additionally, when I made the reservations I was told the hotel provides 24/7 shuttle to the airport. When I arrived I was told they changed the policy forcing me to get a Uber for our 0600am flight! Other than that, pleased!
