Our contemporary house boasts two well-appointed bedrooms with Smart TVs, black-out blinds, and exceptional beds to give you the whole zen experience. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, a makeup area, and a private ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom features a comfy queen-sized bed.

The condo has two separate bathrooms. The first is the ensuite to the master bedroom with a large walk-in shower, a Jacuzzi tub, dual sinks, and a spacious walk-in closet. The second full bathroom sits in the hallway and features a large walk-in shower. There is also a separate laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer, counter space for folding, and a steamer.
Complimentary toiletries like shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are available.

The gorgeous kitchen is stocked with new stainless steel appliances, ample counter space, and all the other necessities you’ll need for cooking the finest meals or the most basic snacks for your crew. Get yourself going in the morning with a hot coffee fresh from the Keurig coffee maker. A variety of Keurig pods will be available!
Of course, if you don’t want to worry about cooking during your vacation, you’re just a short walk from some of Scottsdale’s best restaurants. If you do decide to dine in, you can cozy up to the kitchen table (seating for two), the kitchen counter (seating for two), or the dining room table (seating for four).
Just across from the kitchen is the lounge area, the perfect place to kick back and relax after a long day of exploring Scottsdale. You can stream your favorite movies and shows on the flat-screen Smart TV, curl up with a good book in front of the gas fireplace, or get some work done at the desk tucked along the back wall.

Extended Medical Stay

Came to Scottsdale for a medical procedure and this place was perfect for an extended stay. First floor, private garage, excellent host, convenient location with lots of things close by and recliners for recovery. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Fantastic Condo

This condo is beautiful and exactly as described. Beautifully decorated and comfortable. Easy to get to with lots of amenities/restaurants nearby. Comfortable beds with plenty of pillow choices. I highly recommend this place. Sherman provided easy to follow instructions for everything.

Excellent Extended Stay

The property was just as advertised. We enjoyed the cleanliness, comfort, and proximity of the property to everything we wanted to do in the area. Great place to stay!

We very much enjoyed our stay. It's clean, well-stocked, and convenient to Kierland Commons. We cooked a Thanksgiving meal and had everything we needed in the kitchen. It's a gated community, which is nice, and the pool area is also clean and seems to be well managed. When we had a plumbing issue in the condo, Sherman was available and quick to take care of it. Excellent communication.

Short but Pleasant Stay

The property is very clean with modern conveniences. Everything is upgraded and modern. The beds and furnishings were very comfortable. The community is quiet and residents near us were friendly. The property is near retail and grocery shopping and restaurants. We couldn’t partake of all the amenities nearby but hope to return in the near future. Very close to Scottsdale Rd and easy access to the 101 North and South. Sherman is very friendly and responsive. 10/10 host and property rating.

Amazing condo...I wonder if they want a full time tenant?!?!

This condo is perfect. The location, the design, the kitchen accoutrements, the bathtub, the host...if I couldn't understand math, I would be emailing an annual lease contract to Sherman hoping he would sign it and ordering a uhaul truck tomorrow to start packing to move in!I love a short term VRBO or BnB in lieu of a hotel room for all my travel lately as well as for out of town visitors. Having a full kitchen and a full size fridge is a game changer for my diet and budget while traveling. But with this growing trend has come a whole lot of WEIRD interior design & decor choices. What I have noticed is that this trend usually comes at the expense of poor quality in the important details. Awful cheap uncomfortable mattresses and linens, incomplete & ineffective kitchen gear etc.You'll find none of that here. Nothing kitschy, no weird instagram photo opps in the form of random accent wallpaper, no trendy overdone colorful design schemes, no tacky led "mood" lighting...just classic, attractive & inviting simple elegant decor, quality cutlery and cooking utensils, simple easy and convenient check-in and very low effort check-out procedure.I'm a local, so is my guy. We just needed a night without my roommate or his elderly mom so we could enjoy a romantic quiet night in before he was leaving town for an extended period away.This condo was perfect. I wouldn't change a thing.

We had a very nice 2-day stay at this condo in Scottsdale. It is nestled up against the golf course for the adjacent Kierland Resort. Secluded yet close to all the fun eateries and shops nearby.

This property is very nice, recently updated and very clean. It is in a great location, close to everything. Host is responsive to questions and was very easy to contact. I would not hesitate to rent this property again, and I'm pretty selective!
