Relax in our 2022 built CUSTOM, 1500 sq ft single story house, 3 BR/2ba with access to 2 car epoxy garage for your cars and can park 2 more cars in the driveway, this is in a very private 1 acre property located at the LEFT SIDE BACK of the owner's house. Separate driveway, separate building thus, DETACHED from the main owner's house. You will be blown away with the spacious modern kitchen, cool showers, super comfortable beds, very clean space, for the use of pickleball court, guest will be given a call for the guest to e-sign the waiver before check-in. We provide luxurious Hybrid mattress such as Winkbed and Dreamcloud with comfortable hypoallergenic pillows. We have cool showers and shutters for privacy! Our space is very clean and very comfortable, we live in the property so if there is anyting you need, we are here for you to have a perfect stay! License: 21445829
