To include this with your stay, we need to collect payment at least 48 hours prior to checkin. Heating must be for your entire stay, we cannot do certain days, or part of your stay. We can not turn the heat on after your stay has started. Actual pool temp will depend largely on your ability and willingness to keep the solar cover on when not in use. Please note: The waterfall feature of the pool does not currently work.
In order to keep the pool serviced and maintained properly year round our staff and our pool guy come by on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays. Pool servicing generally only takes a few minutes depending on the condition of the pool. Please do not be alarmed. It usually only takes a few minutes, and they will not be entering any part of the home.
*Additional maid service cleans are available for an additional cost during your stay. Please ask for details!

I also work closely with GolfTroop, a golf vacation company. They have awesome discounted rates at most of the area golf courses, as well as rental vehicles through Alamo, and even rental clubs. Just ask me for details, and I would be happy to have someone reach out!

Welcome to the wonderful Haven! This home is about a 5 minute drive from the Kierland Commons where you can find many shopping and restaurant options. You can find a variety of options here like Culinary Dropout serving delicious American food or The Mission Kierland serving tasty Latin American food. Local entertainment that can be found in the surrounding area include Bowlero North Scottsdale, Fort McDowell Casino, West World and more! If you’re looking for more outdoor activities there are many incredible hikes like Javelina trail and Quartz Trail. There is plenty to check out during your stay!
There will be a house manual upon arrival that you will be expected to read. All important complex rules and expectations will be outlined in the manual. Renter understands that an insurance policy covers the Property but that this policy insures only the Property and the tangible personal property in it owned by the owner and does not insure any personal property of the Rental Party or Renter’s licensees, invitees, or guests. Renter is advised to seek traveler’s or renter’s insurance if Renter desires to insure the Rental Party’s or other persons’ personal property during the occupancy.
Check-in is at 4:00 p.m., and checkout at 11:00 a.m. Early check-ins and late check-outs are generally not possible due to the time it takes to clean an entire home. The only way to ensure an early arrival or late departure is to purchase an extra night. Please contact me 24 hours in advance if you would like to extend your stay, and I would be happy to see if that is an option. Failure to depart the premises before 11:00 a.m. on check-out without prior written consent will result in an additional charge of $100/hour withheld from your security deposit, plus any expenses incurred by needing to move your personal things out of the home, or from moving the incoming group of guests to a new property.
Any stay 28 nights or longer will be required to provide a credit card to keep on file. Our personal terms and conditions will also be sent separately and will need to be submitted. Feel free to ask for a copy if interested.
For any booking 28 nights or longer, any adjustment to the booking resulting in a reduction in the length of stay will incur a $500 fee, plus 10% of the difference in price.
Electricity will be charged separately ONLY FOR STAYS 28 days or longer. There is a large monthly discount applied, so in an effort to keep your price as low as possible, we ask guests to pay for the electricity separately. Everything else will be included (wifi, cable TV, tax, cleaning every 2 weeks, pool/gym access, etc.) We estimate the average electricity bill to be $300/month. It's possible it may be a bit more in the summer with heavy A/C usage, and it will most likely be quite a bit lower in the winter. Once the reservation is confirmed, we will send a request to pay a $300 electricity deposit for the reservation. This will be applied to your final electric bill. Any difference will be refunded to you, and any additional amount will be withheld from your security deposit. Checkin details will not be sent without the $300 electricity deposit paid in advance. Payment can be made through Airbnb as a separate payment, or directly through me with a valid credit card.

Had a small business meeting at this location for 7 people. Wonderful location for this type of event. Much better than a stuffy conference room and every going off on their own to a hotel room at the end of the business day
The property was way bigger than we thought and it was perfect for our bachelorette party. Hosts were super communicative and helpful in all ways; I'd definitely stay here again.
We stayed here for a business retreat. The location is unassuming but the home is amazing. Other than a small issue with hot water in the guest house shower this place is perfect for your next getaway to Scottsdale
Spectacular back yard, wonderful fun things to do, the best bedding I have ever had. The showers are deep and all walk in. We have a wonderful Christmas.
This property is amazing for a group to stay in. Very, clean, spacious, and lots of beds. Dealing with the owner was super easy. The location is awesome- close to great restaurants and lots of fun things to do. The only slight negative was that the road behind the house was a little bit noisy in the master bedroom at certain times of the day. But there were fans etc to drown out the noise. I would definitely book this place again!
This was a perfect property to accommodate our group for a short vacation. There was plenty of room to get together and hang out but the home also provided enough space to allow for privacy as well. We ran into one issue during our stay and the property manager had repair personnel at the property very quickly to get it fixed.
The home is in a fantastic area of town and close to all amenities needed. The home is very spacious but most certainly more oriented towards those wanting to party and celebrate vs a relaxing family vacation. When we arrived we had no hot water, which looking back makes us wonder how the dishes were cleaned and sanatized prior to our arrival. The air conditioning on one side of the home was broken and temperatures soared to 85 degrees on that side of the house. Throughout our 3 days we never got the golf simulator to work properly. When we arrived the trash cans were running over which could have been the cause of the mice outside and inside of the garage. In all of the pictures of the pool there they don't show the pool cleaner with a 10 ft hose that must stay in the pool the entire time. The pool had a constant white foam on the top that we couldn't get rid of. The vent returns were extremely dirty and had black dust on them and when we ask we were told that the filters had been changed but the vents not cleaned. Every single chair at the kitchen table was stained. I will say that when we called/emailed about the issues they sent someone out asap to fix the AC/hot water. Each repair man stated that they had been at that home several times for the same issues. Tom (local contact) was very professional and came out 2 days in a row to fix the golf simulator and bring items that were needed in the kitchen. He tried very hard to make the best out of a bad situation. To me this house is owned by someone that is trying to sqeeze every dollar out of the rental without putting any money back into the home. We paid over $800 a night and would absolutely not ever stay in this home again. We've stayed in HomeAway now VRBO homes all across the world and for this price we expected the home to be in a much better situation. We really felt like we should have gotten money back but we intentionally didn't ask because we wanted to be able to write a honest review without the owners feeling as if we were only doing so for the money. I don't want other families like us to be stuck in the same situation that we were! Out of 11 family members that stayed in the house 9 of us were sick while and after staying there. My 10 year old daughter was actually hospitalized. I believe it was due to the air system. Again, the house has a lot of potential but should definitely be taken off the market while problems and issues are fixed!
