Great for a quick retreat

Beds were comfy, house was clean, and the backyard was beautiful. I also liked how close the house was to a park so I could get a quick run in while on vacation. The kitchen was nicely stocked with everything we needed. Would definitely stay again.

The perfect girls trip space!

We stayed for our 7th annual girls trip. The house was spacious and clean and perfectly stocked. We enjoyed the back patio and pool. Centrally located near amazing restaurants. A+

Great place!

We make regular trips to Scottsdale for medical care but usually stay in hotels. Decided to try a short term rental this trip and wow were we glad we did! Such a nice, homey, comfortable, and well appointed place with a great backyard. The host was very responsive and great. Highly recommend!

Great place to stay with family

We spent Thanksgiving 2024 here and had a wonderful time. We had 2 couples, 3 children over 15 years old and a small dog. The outdoor area is wonderful. The kitchen and livingroom flow is also great. The property manager is very communacative and helped us with any minor problems that came up. We were easily able to access great hikes, old town and other Scottsdale attractions. I highly recommend this property!

Best we’ve stayed in

We’ve had to stay in many places in Phoenix and Scottsdale over the last year and this by far has been the best place we’ve stayed. Had everything and more that you could possibly need. All communication was excellent. Comfortable, clean and very comfortable. We highly recommend this home.

Emergency housing

My family and I faced an emergency situation where we had to leave our home right away. This property was available and close by. The house was welcoming and very clean. The pool was amazing.

Golf Weekend

The host Trevor was great in getting us information into the property long before arrival. The home is in a quiet nice neighborhood and close to everything (20min) in any direction. The beds were quality of a very nice hotel with very clean bedding and surrounding areas. The home needs a few fixes but I'm biased since I'm a builder/developer. Overall great value for the price and would rent again. GB

Perfect place to relax

The backyard is great! The pool was refreshing and beautiful. Bedrooms had plenty of room and were comfortable. The garage is not part of the rental but there is plenty of parking outside. The contact was very responsive and friendly to work with. I did send a list of things that could make the place better, and he was very grateful for that type of feedback. The location is quite, and has easy access to major highways in the area. I definitely would stay there again!

Comfortable stay

The property was comfortable, convenient, & well situated for what we needed. The beds were very comfortable & the house was clean. We would have like to have used the pool but the water was simply too cold. We also would have loved to use the fire pit but couldn’t locate anything to light it (we were too tired after a busy day to make a run for fire pit supplies). Overall, the property met our needs for our weekend in AZ. The host was very accommodating & was able to allow us to check in a little early as well!!

Ladies trip to Final Four

House was as advertised exactly. Clean and roomy. Lots of space to sit inside and lit. Hot tub was perfect. We didn’t use the pool due to it being a bit chilly but it was clean and has seating and nice big beach towels. Beds were very comfortable. 3 ful bathrooms was very nice. Our only regret was we weee too far out feom most places we wanted to go so had to Uber a lot but the cost of the VRBO was better than those more centrally located almost all evened out. Would recommend

Perfect for work and play

Property was just as listed. very easy to get settled. Very comfortable beds, just like home! no nights without sleep missing our own bed. Host checked in at end of first week any needs or problems all was good! Only note when we went for a walk each morning noted yards signs against short term rentals. we came to work remotely in the sunshine and enjoy some afternoons off. Perfect spot! Great recommendations in host book for restaurants very much enjoyed Dominick's Steak house!!! and several others.

Great location/comfy beds

We came down with our adult children. There were five of us. The beds were super comfy and the house was well equipped for our needs. Minus the barbecue, which could be replaced. I think it poses a fire hazard. The outside was a bit smaller than we thought it would be but still functional. The lights would go off and on randomly especially the bathroom one in the master bedroom! The switches were confusing. Having said that I would recommend this property. The location is perfect! Minutes to everything!

Great Week in Scottsdale

Five adults from Canada, we had a great week in mid-February for golf, hiking, shopping in the warm Arizona sun. Still pretty chilly nights, the pool was too cold to use, but with the table heater eating out on the back deck was great. Used the fire pit - lovely to sit around with a glass of wine. The house was comfortable and well-stocked, beds and bedding comfortable, kitchen great for home meals. The traffic in Scottsdale wasn’t bad at all, shopping is convenient, lots of nearby restaurants, but every time we come to Phoenix we do find it very spread out and car-centric. Lots of great parks, we loved the McDowell Nature Reserve for a longer hike up off the valley floor. And golf … so nice … in February! If you like hot weather wait a little later into Spring but we found it perfect with afternoons just into the mid-70’s. Really good trip and a great house to stay in.

Trevor is very responsive. The property is clean & in a great location. Decorated extremely well. The outside has allot to offer as far as sitting areas, games, etc. The backyard is very private. Lots of added amenities inside; spices, flour, coffee, games, Sonos speakers, dog toys & bowls, a lot of extra towels, pool toys, etc.
