Very nice home. 15 stairs to navigate to 2nd floor. Back yard was nice to relax in. Nice shady tree as well. Plenty of amazing beds, nice towels are supplied. I stayed for 3 weeks and was very comfortable. I would have rated higher, but woodpeckers were making knocking noise working on holes in side of home starting at 6am. Rudy was a very communicative host.

The host, Rudy, was incredibly communicative throughout my entire stay. And this was a perfect location where it was easy to get to anything I needed from groceries to the gym. The home had great space and the neighborhood was mostly quiet. A few areas of improvement would be: Cleaner floors and removal of animal hair from the couch, rug and hardwood floors around the dining room table. Could use a deep clean to include under the couch cushions. Additional silverware needed, a toaster, and kitchen towels would have been nice. And if there could be a way to keep the thermostat at the desired temperature without having to constantly adjust back down, it would be a little more comfortable. Personal preference for me - lessen the air fresheners throughout the home. It was overbearing with so many of them through the house so I unplugged the bulk of them. Overall, still a strong 4-star review!!
