-Blackout curtains and shades in each bedroom as well as ceiling fans

-2 full baths, one stand up shower, one shower/ tub combo with double vanity
-Shampoo, conditioner, body/hand soap, towels and 4 hair dryers

-Keurig k-cup and drip coffee maker (ground coffee provided, k-cup are not provided) tea, creamers and sweeteners

-Dishes, glass, silverware and lots of wine, champagne and cocktail glass in the bar area. Plastic plates, cups serving bowls and pitcher for outdoor. (Please no glass by pool.)

-Pool (heated between 84-85 degrees from 8am- 8pm/October through April; $75 per day fee to heat the pool(non-refundable). One day’s notice required for pool heating. The ability to consistently maintain this temperature will depend on your use of the solar cover when not in use) Pool will be a swimmable temperature but not like a hot tub.

Stayed here in February with my spouse and kids. Really enjoyed the house, pool, and hot tub. Lots to do in the surrounding Phoenix and Scottsdale area. Really enjoyed our stay

Perfect home and location for us. Very clean, updated and comfortable with plenty of space inside and out for our group. The owner really thought out the needs of renters and provided so much. Great indoor and outdoor spaces with games, pool toys, shaded seating and dining and a nice grill. The kitchen is well stocked and the rest of the amenities were much appreciated. We all had a great time.

The house was located near many fun restaurants and shops. Old town Scottsdale was close by also! Just a short drive to watch spring training as well, which we went to twice during our stay! The backyard was our favorite. The kids loved the pool, hot tub and all the games the back yard had! Definitely would recommend this home!

We really enjoyed our stay. The property is as nice as it looks online. There is tons of space for a family or a large group to spread out. The pool and hot tub are very nice and the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. We would definitely recommend this home.

We enjoyed Thanksgiving week at this home. The host truly thought of everything to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. From a well-stocked kitchen to comfortable beds, every detail was carefully considered. A perfect place for our family holiday gathering. Centrally located and close to all the things we wanted to see and do. Heated pool, hot tub, loads of entertainment at the house. Suzanne even provided a decorated Christmas tree for us. Excellent communication. Well appointed and well maintained home. One of the best VRBOs we’ve ever stayed at. I would definitely rent here again.

Recently visited Scottsdale for a golf trip. This rental was great. On top of being clean and nice, the Owner really goes the extra mile with nice shampoo/conditioner/body wash in the showers, a well stocked kitchen, nice bedding, well stocked in towels, etc. Suzanne was a great host. Would 100% stay here again!

Gorgeous! Fun! Amazing for a group of friends or family with tons of in-home entertainment options. Host was so prepared, rooms set up to host large groups with ease. Loved the vanities on each desk and the thoughtfulness the host had put in! Definitely would stay again (:

Beautiful, clean home just as described. We came for a girls golf trip and the house exceeded our expectations. The makeup stations were perfect with six girls getting ready! Quiet neighborhood and close to Downtown Scottsdale made it easy to come and go. The backyard is a beautiful relaxing little oasis!

We enjoyed the property thoroughly. Unfortunately we had terrible weather while we were there so we didn't really get to enjoy the pool and the outdoor amenities very much. The location worked well for us, it is close to both old Scottsdale, and Tempe. Suzanne answered any question I had right away. Would not hesitate to book again.
