King size comfortable bed in the bedroom with a work desk and chair, the bedroom also has a private patio for you to enjoy your morning coffee or late evening hot tea. The shower has been renovated with black tile and a bench inside. Take the 303 west or 101 East just minutes away! Heading to a spring training game or a Football game? search no further Spring training is only 3 minutes away!! State Farm stadium is 15 minutes away! did someone say Golf? couple golf courses within 5 minutes. Perfect for Spring Break
I hesitate to do a revise because I don’t want to lose our gem to others. :) We had initially planned to stay four days. When we saw there was an extra day available, I messaged Veronica, who got back with me ASAP! She was very easy to communicate with. The check in progress was the easiest we’ve ever had. We were minutes away from hopping on the highway to make it to hiking, right down the road from our Rangers and all our favorite AZ eating spots. There’s only a couple of things I thought the place needed, which I recommend one to Veronica, beach towels for when you go to the pool/hot tub. I also would have liked a small tv in the bedroom. I like to watch right before bed. Next year I know to bring my lap top.

Quiet Condo
This is a clean, nicely equipped condo with lots of great features like in unit laundry. Veronica is a responsive and helpful host. The area is a quiet development of condo units right off of W Bell Road so easily accessible to anywhere is the Northwest suburbs. All that and a very low price. Great stay!

My husband and I have stayed at this property before. Veronica is a wonderful host. The property was clean, and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. Since we had stayed here before, it felt as if we were returning to our home away from home.

Very nice condo
This is a very nice small condo, perfect for 2 people. The area is ok, and the walk ways could use some work. The pool area is nice, but the hot tub isn't hot, which is probably good most the time in Arizona. Only small complaint is we didn't know how to really work the TV, and when we ask the host we just got that it was a smart TV with Apps. Well I don't know which app to use to get local TV. Not a big deal at all. Good for 2 people.
