"This is a small, lovely

run hotel with friendly, helpful staff. It was kept spotless. It is conveniently located across the street from both a clean, swimable beach and a great restaurant. Activities in Simpson’s Bay are limited to water sports and beach lolling, but transportation is readily available to go further afield."

"Well built and maintained with large well equipped rooms. A great outdoor restaurant area overlooking the lagoon. Very quiet with lots of a great pool for swimming and sunning "

"Stay was excellent however property was hilly but there was shuttle transportation during the day. Love the Bingo games and the Quess who sing what songs competition at the pool areas. Rooms were really nice and comfortable."

"At one time this hotel was probably amazing but it went through a hurricane 7 years ago and it still looked like it. The lobby area was a mess and there isnt a restaurant as advertised. We stayed in a suite which was ok. View and location are amazing! We wouldn’t stay there again unless they cleaned the place up. "

"Such a great, friendly place! From the start, when the front desk staff checked status of my room and let me check in early to the excellent balcony and friendly other guests. Plus, the hotel is so close to Maho Beach and all the restaurants and activities near Maho. Not to mention being right across the street from the airport. A plane spotters dream location. But nice insulated windows and doors means you don’t hear any noise when inside. A great three star hotel! I will be back!"

"This property was in a good easly walkable with tons of dinning options a handy store in the bottom kitchen is poorly equipment only got clean towels oncebin six days and no daily coffee in the room and the pool is a tiny plunge tank oys not a pool that you can sit around swimming all day which was I disappointment "
