Everything about the Logan is fantastic except the parking it is highway robbery! I stayed there for one night and my family came to pick me up for dinner and because they were there over an hour waiting me they were charged $65 for parking as was I. I understand why i was charged but not my family who lives in the area and only came to carry me out for dinner. Be mindful when arriving.

The property guarantees 4 pm checkin and that is a lie. We came in at 4:20 and our room still wasn’t ready . After a 30 min wait we were put in a smaller room for a few hours that smelled like mildew. around 6:30 pm we were put in our correct room. It was very disappointing. The hotel appeared to be full an have 3 events and did not have enough staff to accommodate the extra workload. The restaurant in the hotel (ground floor) is lovely and the staff is lovely. The rooftop bar just has snack but if you make a reservation in advance you can get a table with a fire pit that is really nice. The view of Logan circle is really great as well. The hotel is a 15 min walk from the market which is fantastic and an even shorter walk from a handful of museums. The rooms in the hotel are sadly outdated but the common areas ( restaurants, spas, gym, indoor pool) are much more updated and beautifully decorated. Overall the outdated rooms and poor planning at check in docked this hotel a few stars. The location, amenities, and staff outside of the reception area are top notch

When we arrived after traveling all day our room was not ready (4pm). We waited 2 hours for a phone call from the front desk person who said they would call us the minute the room was ready – when we went up to the desk they rudely said yes it was. Then when we got to the room, it had not been cleaned. The bathroom in particular was filthy – for the cost of this hotel. It was very disappointing.

Great stay here, lovely staff, very accommodating. We got snowed in and they helped us extend our stay for an extra night with no trouble. Lovely pool, great spot for those with kids.

My and I had an amazing time at this hotel. It was very convenient location. The only fault was that the parking overnight was extremely high - $70. We got lucky the last night and found street parking, after 8pm it's free.

I don't know where to begin. Imagine traveling for 2 hours and all you want to do is take a hot shower but once you are there and already in the shower you realize that the shampoo/conditioner and body wash on the walls were EMPTY. So, I walked away, showering with just water, and couldn't brush my hair till the next day. We saw housekeeping and asked for more of all three, but to my surprise, they again handed me lotion instead of conditioner. We asked for more towels, and that sadly came 24 hours later. The room was never cleaned, and poop stains in the toilet bowl, hair on the sheets. When my husband opened up the pull-out sofa in the room, there was puke and stains on the sheets from a prior person who stayed in the room (ATTACHED Photos). -Rooms were dirty, dingy and smelled. -No vending machines or snack stations. Not sure how anyone would drink water if they didn't bring their own. -No one answers the phone at housekeeping or the front desk. Upon check-out, we were charged $100 for someone else's drinks at the bar which is NOT OKAY. I mentioned it to the woman at the front desk, and she said she would "look into" it. I would never stay here again; I am honestly surprised there are as many good reviews as there are. The hotel lacks so much in so many ways and it could be so much more. The only nice parts of this hotel are the valet men who are super friendly and the location.

The property looks good but it's housekeeping was poor, staff is not well prepared, they sent me to a room that smelled like vomit and first refused to change my room, after I asked them to speak to the manager they did, very unprofessional, the hotel is nicely decorated and doesn't feel old but it's not cleaned properly, also there's some sort of bar in the building and you see people coming in and out, would not recommend for families.

The rooms are quiet, very spacious and well appointed. The location is in a beautiful section of Philadelphia and is a short walk to the Parkway and the Art Museum.

The room was clean and quiet. We had a great view from our room. We were walking distance to great restaurants and The Art Museum. This was my second stay since I loved my first stay. The staff was attentive. Housekeeping cleaned the room when they said they would.

For a 5 star hotel this place was very uncoordinated, housekeeping missed basics like placing towels in the room or vacuuming. By third day we were out of toilet paper with no refill. Front desk was very responsive however just seemed like a very 3 star experience overall.

Outrageously overpriced (on site restaurants [$85 steaks] & and balcony [$10 per person]). Valet overnight parking is $69 per night. Nearby garage is $55. We've all seen these types of hotels; great location, average decor & rooms...pricing beyond what it's worth. Buyer beware.

Check in was horrible. Expedia said check in was at 3. They wouldn’t let us check in until 4. I came back at 4. There was a long line though the lobby. I waiting a half hour, then they said my room wasn’t ready and I had to wait longer. They would call me. I waited in my son’s room. By 5pm, no call. I called front desk, finally they spoke to someone and I explained I had an event at 5:30 and needed to get ready. They put me on hold spoke to someone else and They wanted me to come back down to the lobby to get a key. I said I will not wait in another line. Finally they brought a key up to my son’s room at 5:15. It was horrible! I have never had this problem before.

The property was fine for this level of hotel. The rooms were nice, but we’ve stayed at nicer hotels for similar prices. The pool was a treat, but the layout was a little awkward - there’s no changing area and there’s only one single-use bathroom. However, we were disappointed in the hotel’s preparedness for the President Day rush. We waited for over an hour at the 4PM check in, and we have a young child (like many people in line). This was outrageous - I’ve never waited for more than 15 minutes at any other hotel. Although the line was next to the bar, the hotel only offered free bottles of water; a comped drink would have gone a long way to make people happy. The woman in front of us ending up calling customer service and asking a manager to come down to staff the check in counter after 45 minutes of waiting. The pool also ran out of towels, which was an inconvenience, again given the reputation and price of the hotel. The greatest perks for us were the pool and the proximity to the Franklin Institute / Rittenhouse Square.

Took over 5 hours to get booked into our room. There was shortage linen, too. So we ended up with towels that holes in them. Upon getting into our room we didn’t have a microwave. Not only that, but the room we were supposed to have the staff gave to someone else. It was huge inconvenience that you would expect more for a 2-star hotel as opposed to one like this.

Under staffed facilities! There were no towels, hand towels or wash clothes, no bedding for the pull out when we booked for 2 adults and a child so we had to leave and go home. It took an hour to check in just to have to go home a few hours later. Extremely disappointed as we have safe here numerous times and always had a great stay however, I will look for other properties after today.
