We were in the area for a hockey tournament in west Chester but chose this area to stay. I’m so glad I did. It was in a very safe, quiet location yet close driving (about 10 minutes) to restaurants. Just down the road to Valley Forge, which is a must do/see. Also drove to downtown which was about 30 minutes to do more sightseeing. The hotel itself was clean, well staffed, comfortable beds. Good breakfast as well. I liked that they served cage free eggs and Turkey sausage as options. I would recommend this hotel and would stay here again if visiting the area.

I have no complaints.. I especially thought the folks in reception were great.. friendly, fun, personable. The breakfast selections were great. Room very nice. everything clean. I do have some recommendations - not deal breakers but the breakfast buffet needs to be set up differently. I spoke with 2 other guests as we kept bumping into each other in line that the layout created too much back and forth motions..eg. oatmeal toppings should be by oatmeal. As for the room, I am happy to reuse my towels, but there needs to be more towel hooks or racks to hand wet towels and one nearer the sink to hang a hand towel.

SPRINGHILL Suites was perfect for our family girls trip. The suite fit 5 of us perfectly. The front desk staff were very friendly. It would have been nice if our room was cleaned more than once for the 5 days we were there. That’s why it received 3 stars

Just a one night stay but everything lived up to its reputation of the previous reviews. Friendly staff and a very clean and comfortable room. Would have been nice if the lobby bar stayed open past 10 PM. Other than that minor issue I’d definitely stay here again, or another one of their locations.

I normally love staying at Spring Hill Suites locations, but not this one. Right from the start the concierge at the desk was rude. He had me shout back and forth with him instead of using the intercom before letting me in. Then he told me checkout was at 11 when both my email and the website say noon. Then he was annoyed by the fact that my address had changed. So he did not bother to take the time to update it. My whole floor, the 4th floor, smelled like weed. The thermostat on the wall was falling off. The bathroom was clean but the tub clogged and was not draining properly when i took a shower. Over all it was not as updated or as nice as most SpringHill Suites. I would not recommend

First floor was very noisy from bar at night to breakfast in the morning. Room designs are odd, bathroom right in front of bed. Just an okay stay for the money spent.

Spent a night while visiting the Philly area. The staff was great. The hotel was hosting a sports group so a lot of children running up and down the halls but only heard them once after 9pm. Our room had a dirty night stand - pizza sauce and drink rings on it. The bathroom was spotless and the linens were clean. Overall a good stay

We were going to stay 3 nights, but stayed for only 1. The "Sofa Bed" turned out to be an uncomfortable Trundle Bed. In addition the room had just 1 drawer, which was there as sort of an after thought.

I want to preface this by saying the staff were very nice, and before you read this review, I did not approach them about the issues we had. I'm usually very non-confrontational and I did not want to add anything else to their plate. That said, the main issues we had were regarding the plumbing probably needing repaired/replaced. Our toilet wouldn't stop running and kept us up at night, and the shower door wouldn't fully shut and water escaped whenever we used it. One thing I will say not regarding the plumbing, is that we stayed for 9 days and the room was only cleaned one time- that wasn't great.

Property looked clean. Staff was adequate upon arrival. The furniture looked nice but very uncomfortable. The problem started about 8:30 when we tried to use the hot water. No hot water in the sink and no hot water in the shower, left it run about 20 minutes. Called the desk and asked if the hot water was an up charge. The agent said that they been having issues with it. I started to ask for a discount on the room, about then he hung up ! That irritated me so I went up to the counter and asked why he would hang up ? He mumbled something so I began to press him about a discount. At that point he got on his computer and said he would cancel my account. At first I thought he meant he would discount the whole charge. Then he said we’ll be leaving now. I said no I’m not, not really understanding what was going on. Then he said he was gonna call the police so I said go ahead, so he did. I sat on the chair across from the desk and waited about 20 minutes and in they came. The one officer went to the desk and talked to the agent. She looked over at me and said he would let me stay if I wanted to which I replied of course. It was already about 9:30. I then asked the officer about telling her my side with that she started to treat me like a criminal but that’s another story. We stayed the night and left early for my wife’s Dr appointment. They didn’t discount me one dime. I called to speak to the general manager but so far haven’t heard a word ! I guess I’ll try corporate

Another great stay.
This is my third year staying at this hotel. The property seems brand new even years later. Very comfortable bed and nice room layout. Staff was friendly and helpful. Highly recommend the property.
