Room was nice. Unfortunately the road it’s on was busy and noisy late into the night and early the next day. Had issues with some homeless and sketchy people lingering sometimes even though in a good area

Yes, it was a couple of restaurants that we went to that was nearby which was very good. It was in walking distance. City Hall wasn’t too far as well. I loved the view from the apartment facing City Hall and as well for Internet it was excellent as well I love staying sonder when I come to Philly.

We actually rented this property as a place to regroup after moving our son and his girlfriend into their new row house downtown. It was such a welcome site that there were two full bathrooms and two private bedrooms with doors so that my husband and I could have our own space and our younger son could have his own space as well. The entire place was very clean, well appointed for a long or short stay, the staff even put fresh ice in the refrigerator.

Spacious modern apartment close to the downtown area. You can walk to the center of the city in less than 15 minutes. Subway one block away...two large supermarkets less than a ten-minute walk thru nice streets. Full kitchen with large refrigerator, microwave, stove and toaster. A great value.

Excellent place to stay for Work. Apartment was clean, Safe and spacious. If you are a light sleeper road noise might be a problem. Earplugs are provided and I slept just fine.

Excellent property. There isn’t a front lobby and we struggled to get in for a few minutes but once we figured it out, we were very happy with the property. It was safe, great for a bigger family, spacious, clean, and walkable.
